So lucky to have found National Collision Center Inc! Great staff members and quick response time. Was fortunate enough to receive same day service. I had a cracked windshield and was skeptical to use other businesses based on reviews. Allan and Fabian were awesome! Excellent customer service and mobile services was a plus! Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for hardworking individuals with a reputable business! Thanks again for the efficient work.

I always try to be fair and honest. Please be the judge. If you care about quality, don't go there. The paint job should be sanding, priming, and painting. You bring your car in the morning and they call you in the next day. You say, "Oh, they are faster. No, no, they rushed the job to give you that shot as a result. See for yourself. They just sprayed the new pain over the old one.

My second time using them and I must say that I had an amazing experience at National Collision! Their customer service was top-notch, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations per usual. I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs. 5 stars!

Went to the place after an accident horrible body work done to my vehicle, brought my car back several times Alan just talks his way through customers and work is not up to park. Noticed from my accident damage my rear was getting rained in they covered up instead of correctly fixing. After 3 trips back just gave up. If you want proper repairs this is not the place to go. They do good paint work and probably minor fixes. They will tell you one thing and you’ll receive nothing near what’s presented at time of drop off.

My mom's car was stolen and recovered in less that 10 hours, thanks to BSO. When we retrieved it, we noticed exterior and interior damage. Rather than going through our insurance, Alan fixed it in two days at an affordable rate–saving us money, time, and headspace. He inspected its safety to ensure my mom is 100% safe on the road. He is the kind of person you can talk to and just gets the proverbial "it." Cheerful and helpful throughout the entire process. He even orchestrated an Uber to bring my mom to pick up her rental. Outstanding customer service. A jolly good fellow. Literally, a magic stress eraser–worthy of your business–and a pillar in the community. Alan is the only person I trust and would recommend. The worst body shop place I have seen in my life! This place is a scam. Stay away and save your time and money. The owner is all about taking the job, take your money and you are left up with worst result ever ! STAY AWAY????BTW: All other 5 stars reviews are fake not real

Alan and the folks at National Collision Center are the best and will take great care of you If you're looking to get ANY body repairs on your car they are the only place that I've found that will not only save you tons of money but give you the same or much better work than all the other body shops that charge significantly more!!They stand by their work and even fixed a tire that they noticed had big mail it !!Alan the owner has an unmatched knowledge of the business and an unmatched work ethic with integrity.The only reason I gave National Collision Center on Dewey Street in Hollywood a 5 star review is because 10 STARS wasn't available !!

Allan is a real nice guy!I had a small bump with my car and the front fender was detached.In less than one minute he knew exactly how to fix the problem, eye of the pro!One part bought in Lexus store, and everything was done in few minutes.Thank you again Allan!And I hope not seeing you soon ?
