Aside from the fact that Bank of America is a failing business this branch is terrible to come to at anytime of the day, they refuse to have more than 1-2 tellers at anytime, for the most part they try to push having only 1 employee working the window. They refuse to open up the drive-thru in order to ease traffic inside and half the time their systems are down. Open your accounts at Wells Fargo or td, at least they are willing to work for their customers.

Legit 30 people in line and 1 person working... wow you can't make this up. This location has always had issues I'm actually buying a home soon and I purposely will not apply for a loan at my own bank aka Bank of America

Oh my gosh! Every time I come to this location I immediately regret it. SLoW as freaking molasses! The wait to see a teller is always brutal. They never have enough employees for the customers. And the customer service that I have gotten in other departments has been lacking. Ugh.

I am not a member of BOA but I came in to close out my grandmothers account and also to turn in a large bag of coins. Let me just say, this is the absolute worst bank experience I have EVER had. They don't have quarter coin wrappers yet required the coins be wrapped. Not to mention we waiting 45 minutes in a 10 person line for ONE available teller. Wells Fargo forever!!!!!

There are many reasons why I don't bank with B.O.A and this is one of the main reasons. They are super inconvenient. This location seems like they don't care to improve. The line is almost to the door there are only 1 teller the guy in the front doesn't even walk up and tell us sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I wait 30 mins to move up 4 people. Then I come 3 mins late once and they have like 7 people still in line I explain to the lady that it was very important that I make my deposit and beg her to please let me in she tells me she has to ask then comes back and tells me that it's a security risk that I come in so one more person in the 7 person line would cause a security risk really so me coming in 3 mins passed 4 is a security risk wow just be honest and say you don't want to accept one more person not that it would have been a issue I had my slip filled out and all. All it would have taken was then to count it and give me a receipt just crazy I can't stand Bank of America and I will never bank with them I'm tanking in line as we speak and now have to pay a late fee cause I would have been a 3 min security risk in waiting in line for 1 teller Bank of America please improve your customer service it's horrible no one should have to go through this to pay their bills it's hard enough as is all you do is make it harder if anyone really wants a good bank go to T.D BANK they are real service

I was greeted promptly upon walking in by Bryan Jacobs, and also when I left. He was efficient and pleasantly personable-- checked me in and told me that Diana, their staff notary would be able to assist me after finishing up with another client. Bank of America, please make sure your banks are properly staffed! This is the 3rd bank I visited looking to get a form notarized. I called a bunch of times after my bad luck with the first one I went to, and none of your locations ever picked up the phone, even after multiple attempts. What's the point of having a line to call if no one picks up. First one I went to was at lunch. Second was RUDE and their notary wasn't working at all that day. Third was great and all staff was helpful and sensitive to clients' time. Good thing the third times the charm or I would've been a very unhappy client. A ten-to-twenty-minute-errand ended up taking an hour. Boo. But this review is for this location, so great job!

Do not go into this location often, but this building is under renovation, so the entrance is in the back of the building for the time being. Teller was friendly and got what we needed to get done. If you ever have to go in here, just remember you will see a lot of construction, but there are signs directing you to parking and the entrance in the back.

Staff is super RUDE. I only pay rent through this bank and their poor service is exactly why I don't have an account with them. If I could give zero stars I would.
