Terrible…… just terrible. The non stop bantering and threats toward the guests. Never have I ever been threatened by a low class staff member for no reason other than they were having a bad day. Sad day for the monahan hall. Disgusting. 0 stars.

Terrible service and engagement frompromoter herself! Could have been a much better time spent but wasn’t hospitable or understanding. Won’t be using this hall for a while, watch out.

I am absolutely disgusted with you guy’s management and performance with one of my managers that had an party last night and was told and seen proof of the harassment this will be talked about with the city and have the management replaced and removed. I am flabbergasted and disappointed!
