Called to ask for help, but got denied straight away because I am not a customer while I clearly stated that I am a POTENTIAL customer.Is this how this company condone their business? Shouldn’t you be able to guide a potential customer before getting their actual business.Terrible terrible terrible.

She made the whole process smooth and easy as it was my first time filing with a CPA instead of using a commercial preparer. Will be back again next year.

I had the opportunity to sit in a nonprofit accounting training facilitated by Marie Rosier. She was outstanding as a facilitator, gave very practical and helpful information, and is definitely an expert when it comes to accounting and finance for small and large nonprofit organizations. I highly recommend her.
