I have never been to the store, but I was passing by and I pulled in. My watch was missing a pin and I asked if that is something Chris “BooDaddy” could help me with. I wasn’t really sure because it did not say anything about watch repair among all the beautiful jewelry I was surrounded by. He asked me if I had a few minutes and disappeared in the back. Shortly after he walked out with my watch, all fixed. I was treated with the care and kindness of someone you would think was spending $10,000 on a purchase. The shop has beautiful jewelry and would be a great place for anyone, including myself, to visit for any jewelry purchase you would watch . I have no doubt that this is my new favorite store. Thank you so much Chris for bringing back customer service.

Took two chains in for repairs. Friendly staff and very cool store. Maybe pricier than other places but worth it. Professional and quick fix, very happy.

I came into this store after a recommendation, I wanted to get a new piece. I’m a diamond girl. I literally had money on hand ready to buy a tennis bracelet. This entire shop didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood in the door… waiting.. and it’s like no one even said hello. No one came up to me. It’s so unprofessional. Loud overbearing music- tacky and I can’t even believe I waisted my time. I walked out. Didn’t buy anything; and to be honest I felt like they just assumed I didn’t have money. Super trashy people; trashy environment. Just don’t do it.

Most trustworthy and the best quality jewelry store in Florida. No question about it. I have a custom infinity ring designed by them that is my absolute favorite. They have a beautiful variety of unique pieces readily available in the store as well. The quality of their work and products is truly unlike any other.
