Very helpful English and Spanish speaking . I was happy that the English was spoken well where I felt confident with the gentleman who help me with an issue with my phone . Very knowledgeable and friendly, genuinely wanted to fix the problem with my phone. That says a lot to me . Not just a job attitude.

Ana was super ridiculous and boosted my price for a simple a15 5g phone. She made this location lose a ton of clients. The a15 5g is $256.00 by the time she had me try to run my card the price was $383.46 that is a scam and thievery. I went around the corner to the metro pcs store on 441 and got the same phone for $280.00 and very fast service. That Ana had my wife and I in there for an hour and Clients were waiting which 2 walked out. The service here is so disgusting that I suggest this place be closed for good. Just go to the store on hollywood and 441 not the 1 by the turnpike. They Rob people. Uugghhhh good luck to you all now.
