Very bad customer service! Went in over a month ago for car and condo quotes and I still haven’t heard back from Kim or the agent she assigned the policy too! I even made an appointment and went in, then called after 2 weeks! Still nothing,

Terrible service, I sent 4 emails or almost 1 1/2 weeks trying to get two simple quotes for Condos in South Beach.They said they would respond in a couple of days and then wouldn't respond to my emails.RUN, don't walk away from this firm !!!!!
