It’s shocking to see that Lisa Faina, Allstate insurance agent does not care to reply to her customers emails or customers concerns. she’s more into her smelly office with a huge dog roaming leash free in there and with too much animal hair all over. It doesn’t feel comfortable at all. I must also add that they were Not accommodating to my insurance needs especially after so many years. I was told that they rely on a third party to dictate their rates, which are inaccurate and very high. Her employees do Not seem to stick around for too long, except one. I had to move to a more accommodating agency after many many years with them because of their lack of support to me and my insurance needs.
I would not recommend Lisa Faina Allstate insurance agent to anyone.

I love working with the Lisa Faina Allstate agency because they consistently are on the lookout for better pricing and better coverage. My agent is Holly Richardson and I have to admit I used to dread that boring contact at renewal time but now I look forward to learning things and I appreciate the care she shows me.

I have $3,166.52 premium every 6 months with Lisa and Allstate. I thought paying over $500 a month for coverage on one vehicle had got to be a bit high and unjustified. I called to speak to Lisa and was told she is not there to talk but the employee on the phone use to work automobile so she could look into this for me. After her review she informed me nothing can be done and I have every possible discount and maybe next year we could do better. I called another national competitor and got apples to apples coverage for $1100 every 6 months. I understand we all need to make our money, how are you almost 3x a major national competitor though without being predatory? Lisa feel free to reach out and explain, if you ever find the time.
