I have lived in Hollywood for 50 years and I have use lee’s bike shop for my bikes, purchasing several bikes, keys, locksmith service , but when I went there a week ago to drop off my bike and pick it up , it seems like they don’t care about customer service anymore , The lady was so rude it seems like they don’t care anymore about the people that kept them in business for the past decades they have been open . When I picked up my bike. It wasn’t correct it had to be readjusted after a tuneup that cost $100 I was looking to buy another bike for my fiancé, but the service is not what it used to be 15 years ago you can get the same bike with better service elsewhere . So I will look at other stores now after the recent experience I had . Hopefully they go back to the family bike shop we all knew they were .

This was the most horrible customer service, I called to get help this horrific woman answered the phone,I explained I was referred to this store I explained my question, I need training wheels for a scooter, she very rudey responded NO we don't deal with scooters I said can I finish my question, she was so angry sounding, I need training wheels, she said We're a bike store....really bikes not need training wheel???? Made me feel stupid Get that woman more training, she is going to bury your business
DO NOT USE THE STORE, YOU WILL BE ABUSED

Honest friendly place. Bought a used bike couple of days ago had a couple of issues which they promptly took care of at no cost I would recommend them. I hope not to have any more problems but if I do I would certainly go back there.

They have a very great selection of Items for all kinds of bikes. But they are overpriced and overrated. Especially when it comes to service, they charged me $60 for labor to replace my rear tire on my electric bike. We'll never go there again for service but I might go there again for some of the items that they sell like the backrack that I bought from them that I really like.

Very nice bicycle store. They repaired my bike in a couple of minutes. If you need help with your bicycle it is a good place to go.

Great service. Relaxed atmosphere. Organized and uncluttered. Friendly and helpful.
There are others that are closer to where I live. Although they seemed to want to help. There was never a connection.
Being in business is about building relationships.
I brought a damaged part to their competition. I needed a replacement. They looked it over. Walked over to their limited stock and handed me something similar yet not exactly the same. It was obvious to me and to them. I asked will it fit/work? "You might need an adapter ". They didn't drill down. They didn't ask me any more questions. It's as though they didn't want to be bothered. They didn't offer a solution. I naively purchased their offering thinking I could make it work. I was wrong.
Long ago I was in retail sales. Some wisdom was taught. All sales are important. No matter the cost of the offering. You have no idea who you are selling to. They may only need an inexpensive item now. Yet in the future they may need something way more profitable. You also don't know who they know.Treat all sales with enthusiasm and care.

Your staff was very rude to my daughter. They weren't just rude to her but to other customers as well that were in the store. The woman with the black hair called my daughter and entitled spoiled brat. You key guys were not nice. No longer will I spend money at your business and I'll make sure to let everyone I know of our recent experience. Your staff is losing you money.
