Went to the Coral way office in miami on SW 97th Avenue. This was a Saturday. There was no one at the window and I had been waiting 10 minutes. A lady calls someone and I followed him in and when she saw me she belittled me in front of all the patients. She was rude and unprofessional. If they would have had someone at the window to guide us on what's steps we had to take once you check in this incident would of never happened. Never coming to a labcorp again.

Wish I could give zero. Billing department is ridiculous to deal with. Should tell you if they are in network before they perform work and the prices they charge are made up out of thin air.
