I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.

Called their main number needing an urgent lab. We had called many other places that said they couldn't get the results in time. Their operator told us we didn't need an appointment and would get results in 15 min. We drove 2 hours across the state to find out there was no one to even draw blood. What a terrible thing to experience in a vulnerable time.

The best stuff. My child was so nervous to take the nasal swab. The girls were so nice to him. Thank you Genesis and Marina. Everyone is so great there, always willing to help and very fast. Can't thank you enough.

Friendly, competent, real medical professionals instead of just some pop up stand trying to make money during the pandemic. We got our PCR results quicker than we expected. No problem with insurance. We've been here twice, and we had a great experience both times, highly recommend Lab District.

Just a money grab they're not trained their test are not accurate... they send anybody to do your test. Can't be trusted.

Hello, my mother and I went to locatel a couple days ago, I needed my results In a couple hours and genesis advised me that she could come to my house for $100, instead of me paying $150 at locatel. I later you guys only charge $75! Genesis took advantage of my situation and this is not acceptable. Please take action, or I will reach out to the authorities. Thanks.

This company has poor communication... No way of speaking with someone. Phone number for what if no one answers and email for what if no one replies. Now I have to go out of my way to go to the office
