The worse thing is for some reason there are so many teenagers there it’s horrible. They are a waste of space in the locker rooms all they do is hang out and talk. Send them to the boys and girls club they have no business at an adult gym without adult supervision.

3 weeks the cycle room ac has been broken. Every class our teacher says tomorrow… and it hasnt come. 5:30pm clases are a sauna. Not safe. No mats for the yoga class. All of them are ripped or filthy dirty. We can do better- they added two vents non working — useless!

Terrible customer service. I came in today looking to get a membership with a friend and the front desk didn’t even acknowledged us and when they did they were rude. They directed us to a sales associate woman and she didn’t even greet us and only said “are you guys even interesting to join for real?” like so unprofessional. Didn’t even read us the packages or the 3 day free trial that was advertised. They offered us no tour and when we decided to leave due to the lack of customer service she handed our ID’s and didn’t even say a word just sighed and rolled her eyes.
Don’t go to this L.A fitness they will treat you horribly.

I signed up for a 3-day free trial at the LA Fitness near my new house. Even though I registered online, they told me the gym was too busy and could only allow me to work out for one day, despite clearly advertising a 3-day trial on their social media and website. After insisting, they finally granted me the full 3 days. A few days later, I went back to try the gym at a different time, but the manager refused my pass, saying I couldn’t work out there without a membership and that the person who allowed me before had made a mistake. They even suggested I might be at the wrong location, despite having my QR code that clearly stated a 3-day free trial. I’ve decided to go to another gym that’s further away but actually cares about their clients.

I've been a member of this gym for some time now, and while the community of gym-goers is fantastic, there are several significant issues that need addressing.
Staff Behavior: Unfortunately, the behavior of some staff members is a major drawback. Shama Diaz and Gabriella C. are particularly rude, often enforcing gym etiquette in a demeaning and sarcastic manner over the loudspeaker. It’s true that members sometimes leave free weights and equipment scattered, but there are better ways to address this than treating us like children. Additionally, some trainers, such as Ton and an older blonde lady, are equally rude. They demand you move out of the way for their clients, sometimes even in the middle of your set, with little regard for courtesy. It’s disheartening to hear them complain about members to their clients.
Outdated Equipment: The gym equipment is quite outdated. Many weights are rusty, and the pins on machines often get stuck, making it difficult to set the desired weight. The recumbent bikes have broken pedals, and the gym mats are in poor condition.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is another area where this gym falls short. There aren’t enough cleaning stations or garbage receptacles, resulting in a general lack of hygiene. Hair and dirt accumulate in the corners and around the machines, and the women’s bathroom often has a foul smell and even roaches.
Despite the strong sense of community among the members, these issues make the gym experience less than ideal. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The equipment is old, it has no small weight, and the few that have are scattered and almost impossible to find, it has very few bars, the machines are all mixed, you have to go out looking for where the other leg machine is for example, because there is no organization of the machines as in other gyms where you divide lower and superior and cardio.

LA Fitness Gym located on Sheridan Street in Hollywood, Florida is a fantastic facility for fitness enthusiasts of all ages. The amenities offered at this gym are top-notch, including a sauna, pool, bike place, Zumba, yoga, basketball court, and a kids club that my children absolutely adore. The variety of classes and equipment available make it easy to stay motivated and engaged in your fitness routine.
The staff at LA Fitness is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer assistance and guidance when needed. The cleanliness of the facility is also impressive, with everything well-maintained and in good working order.
The kids club is a huge bonus for parents, as it allows them to work out while knowing their children are safe and having fun in a supervised environment. My kids always look forward to their time in the kids club, which gives me peace of mind while I focus on my workout.
Overall, LA Fitness on Sheridan Street in Hollywood, Florida is a great place to work out and unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness experience.

Large and comfortable gym, it has all the necessary machines and implements. In addition, it has a classy pool if you want it. ? courts and others. They also offer Zumba, yoga and other classes. The spacious and neat bathroom with lockers

I’m writing to say I love this place and everything about it shama is the sweetest she deal with a lot especially grown men who don’t like cleaning up thier area it’s not her fault in these reviews that the place is dirty they shouldn’t have to pick up after grown people but anyways need less to say I love it here I started two months ago and I’m locked in thank you sooooo much give Shama a raise she even goes up to people to make sure they are ok and always helps everybody out but she is just one person n a human. Give her a brake she is wounderful and always goes out her way with picking with nasty trash so the place can be clean other then that the place is very clean to me
