At Kushionz, Bella will assist you with whatever you need and make you feel comfortable in her store. There's a wheel to spin for discounts and we got 5 dollars off our purchase! Often times going out with my boyfriend we receive looks as an interracial couple but I felt completely respected and valued as a customer coming in. She also surrounds herself with positive people. For example, her friend Kim who offered to cover part of our pay! I thank him for that. We also were able to make an exchange when my boyfriend was not fully satisfied with one of the products. I really appreciate your service and we will continue to be customers with your store!

i called on saturday morning (march 12) to see if they carried a product. The young woman who answered the phone sounded under the influence and when she said the product was unavailable, was not inclined to tell me what they do carry. I worked at a smoke shop in my early 20's, once you're rude to a customer, there are 20 other smoke shops to go to.Train for customer service.
