Had a seamless experience purchasing a Cuban chain for my fiancé here! They were not typically pushy sales people they gave me the information I wanted and let me go home to think about it with zero pressure. I ordered the chain and they were able to get in time for the holidays. Will definitely be going back for any other jewelry needs.

I pass this place almost every day and always said I know this place is super expensive. So I decided to read some reviews and I took a chance and went in. I was looking to buy my husband a new gold bracelet and the sweet young lady was so kind and just knew exactly what I was looking for. I bought the most beautiful bracelet for a very reasonable price. Other places wanted more money and there stuff wasn't even real gold. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely return for all my jewelry purchases. Thank you!!!.

So I put on my "costume jewelry" for a night out with my girls and the next morning, I'm unable to remove the ring. Talk about a nervous wreck! I went to the Home Depot in Dania Pointe to see if they could cut it off but one of the associates recommended Koosh Jewelers. I've passed by this shop several times and didn't even notice. Once I explained my dilemma, the Koosh associates, they assisted me and provided me with perfect customer service. They were kind, patient and even recommended that I held off on buying new jewelry for my three year old. I would definitely come back. The ring removal was simple and painful.

Had an amazing experience with Hymie today! He was able to find my boyfriend his dream watch, a Rolex Presidential 40MM, complete set with box & papers under retail!! Blown away with his charismatic energy and good vibes. Very easy and seamless process. Will definitely shop again with him!

Talk about an upscale, posh business - well this is it. When you walk in you know you chose the right place. The store is beautiful with an incredible amount of great jewelry, watches, etc but more importantly, the staff were all super friendly...
