Customer service was great in the beginning. After we received the kitten though it was a different story. We took our kitten to the vet for a checkup as promised in the contract. The vet tested a stool sample and it came back positive for Giardiasis, which can be common. After treatment our kitten still had diarrhea so further testing was done which came back still positive for Giardiasis. After additional treatment our kitten was still having diarrhea. Further testing was done and our kitten came back positive for tritrichomonas. We reached out to Kittensup to discuss the expenses and extensive treatment we had been dealing with. They gave us the phone number of the breeder, who lives in Russia. Multiple attempts were made through text to contact the breeder with no luck. Multiple attempts were made to contact Kittensup through email, but after awhile they just ignored us. Our poor kitten required 6 months or more of special diet and every medication you could imagine to clear up the infection. We had to wash her butt after each bowel movement, so you could imagine how much she hated it. Since she required such extensive and expensive care we could never leave her alone. This really had an impact on everyone's lives including the kitten. Like I said in the beginning the customer service was great, but if you encounter any problems don't expect Kittensup to help. We would not recommend them.

This cat shop is for real do amazing. I purchased my bengal cat in 2022 and it is going to be two years soon and I would say I found my baby. My bengal cat is absolutely amazing and I want to purchase another bengal cat in the future. I highly recommend to purchase a cat here

My first attempt at purchasing a British shorthair was a scam. So I was very guarded in trying again to get one. I am so pleased that I made another attempt, and used kittens up 4 sale to get my kitten. I was guided to purchasing Zizou, who has turned out to be the most amazing, beautiful, kitten, I’ve ever had! His disposition, personality, and beauty, are beyond my expectations. So worth the money! He is healthy, happy, and well-adjusted. Everything on his travels to me in Los Angeles, went beautifully, and I was always promptly communicated with. Highly recommend getting a kitten from this website.
The last four photos are of the latest kitten we purchased from kittens up. Got her from the same breeder, from Poland, and she is absolutely gorgeous! Both our kitties are thriving and giving us so much joy. The most wonderful personalities to go along with their mellow dispositions. kittens up does a very good job choosing their breeders, and getting healthy, beautiful kittens to new owners.

I had purchased a 6 month old male sphinx kitten with blue eyes (that would turn red when he got upset) from the kittensUp4sale.com store kittensup4sale. The process was very simple to be honest! Choose the cat I wanted then 3 weeks later, I had to go to their store in Hollywood Fl, in person to pickup the my new addition to our family! I had supplied them with photo Identification and my credit card! After picking him up, I went directly to the VAT hospital in Hollywood FL the same day to do a echocardiogram and get him checked out! I needed to know if everything was going to be copacetic so I can travel back to New Jersey with him. Unfortunately The feline cardiologist found that his heart wasn’t formed correctly in utero and he did have HCM! Plus his heart valve was leaking do to that birth defect & the thicking from the HCM! They placed him on meds asap and stated to me that he will not pass 2 yrs old! His medication had to be done by a actual chemist on a monthly bases to be in liquid form . He was 7 months old at the time of pickup! I reached out to the store owner of kittens up to no avail! No one ever returned my emails or calls.
I already had decided in my own head that I will be keeping him because I would do anything in my power to help him! I argued the charges with my CC Company! My vet bills super-succeeded & had actual quadruple his purchase price just an FYI!
This male Sphynx kitten was named Nunzio! Let me tell you about Nunzio! He was the most loving hairless cat on this planet! I was his favorite human and in-turn he was definitely mine! He was extremely compassionate towards his adopted brothers! He would hold them and snuggle with them All the time he & he became their alpha! Every-time I had walked through that door he would jump down even if he was sleeping just to greet me! He never left my side, he was my shadow! He would cuddle and sleep beside me every single night! He was just pure love! Not that annoying lovey-dovey love! He was content just being by my side! This past Sunday, When I woke up I had found him on the floor unable to move his hind legs! I rushed him to the hospital which only took six minutes They diagnosed him with Blood clot! Even though that HCM hadn't progress to that point But this is the side effect of that in addition to his birth defect the leaking vavle. The time I got to the hospital the clot paralyzed His front paw! He turned ice cold to the touch! I don’t need to tell you, what I can say that he was the most loved! I held him until the end and I hold him dear in my heart! nunzio died 3 months shy of his 4th birthday! He had proven to me all living things have the capacity to love regardless of where they came from! Im stricken with tremendous pain & inconsolable grief. I don’t want anyone to go thru this torture! It’s gut wrenching! As a customer of kittens up 4 sale, I was duped & my family and I are suffering the consequence (emotionally & financially).

We purchased a blue bermese from them on June 3rd ($2,750) and a few weeks later she ended up with a respiratory infection and had to be taken to our vet. She, Skye had to be on 4 medications for 10 days. Next,September 3rd, Skye had to return to the vet because she was lartargic and was swelling up. Turned out skye had FIP and was drowning in fluid, as she had the wet version of FIP. That was the hardest day, as we had to have her euthanized. She was only 5ths old.... Called kittens up and asked for some money back or a new kitten and was told there was nothing they could do for us do to their policy and believe of what was wrong; which our vet disagrees with. Well, this is not good enough. Now when I call they do not answer and refuse to talk to me. Also, after reading other reviews it's obvious other people have similar issues and kittens needing to be euthanized around the same time frame.

I love my new kitty. I was nervous getting a cat online but he is a treasure. Sweetest baby. I paid for a fly nanny which if you can is the way to go. Company was great. My kitty is very popular at the vet ❤️

I cannot thank Kittens Up enough for the seamless and perfect experience in purchasing our new kitten. I found our little Kowala on their website, and was nervous even considering purchasing him given that we lived many states away , and could not actually see our kitten in person. Often the public hears of pet scams online and it can jade you. However- I am more than happy to share my outstanding experience with Olga and her team. They communicated with me right away after I inquired about Kowala, and sent pictures and video too. She was very up front right away, just like the website, in terms of pricing and options for delivery .
We arranged for a flight nanny for delivery, and there was constant communication up until the time they landed and we met in the airport . Took our new little one to the vet ( with the papers of the vet check and shots that had already occurred) and Kowala was deemed to be perfect and in great health! We have been happy ever since , and will 100% come back to KittensUp for our next kitten. Seamless experience and A+++ customer service with compassion !

I got Cyrus (originally named Moris) in 2019 from KittensUp for Sale. I drove to FL to pick him up. The entire process was simple from picking him out, any questions I had were answered quickly via email or text, to picking him up. He has been a great addition to my family. I have 5 cats right now - someone dumped a couple kittens out in an ice storm after I got Cyrus so I took them in but if I ever get low on cats again, I will use KittensUp to find a new one!

We adopted a Persian cat from Kittens up. She is wonderful and we love her so much. Kittens up was very helpful and professional. Would recommend for anyone looking for a healthy cat that’s litter trained.

As business owners we must be responsible for the service and product we offer, in this case this FRAUDULENT COMPANY is playing with the health of kittens, and is playing with the good will of people, they will be able to put their friends to make them FALSE POSITIVE REVIEWS, but the Tests are STRONG AND REALS.
These people are selling SICK KITTENS and they are not responsible for anything.
They treat their customers like garbage. Once they deliver the kitten, they turn a blind eye.
THEY ARE FALSE AND UNFORTUNATE.
If you are going to buy a kitten here, NEVER ACCEPT IT WITHOUT DOING YOURSELF A FECAL EXAMINATION AND A PCR EXAMINATION to determine that the kitten does not have any incurable disease of the upper respiratory tract.
