I didn't realize this place was there. I almost drove right past it.
They had what I needed, but they seemed to be understaffed. There were about 4 people working but they all seemed too busy to help me.
I was told to wait at the desk twice, and someone would be with me. They even took one guy ahead of me, even though I was there ahead of him.
I didn't have anything important to do at the time so I didn't raise a fuss.
But they better straighten up their game or they'll be a new business in that spot!!!

Very nice store the employees are great everyone is very welcoming, i needed help with finding a specific t shirt and Jamal was more then helpful and i got exactly what i was looking for, thats wassup.Will be coming back.

Juju was very professional and friendly. He helped me find school shoes for my son who is entering middle school. I would highly recommend this place for shoes and nice outfits.

Be aware this people are a mayor retail store they get sneaker from Nike do to that they sing a contract with @nike they support to sell they sneakers for retail and they grab all the hype released and they have it behind counter resell 3 times more the retail Hollywood store !!!! They have already costumer set up for they size no matter if you wait online no raffle going on and if your first in line and sneaker are hype price retail is 180 they have them for 350 depending on the resell market !!!! Stay away Nike should check this store maybe they need the same medicine as Simmons sport they cancel for this type behavior this a retail store not a botique resellers …

I've shopped here and it's a great store with a lot of different Merchandise for everyone. The employees are very sweet and helpful, the cashier had such great energy . If you are looking for nice and exclusive shoes as well as clothes I recommend shopping here.

GARBAGE business. Stay away!
No refunds(what??) and YOU have to pay to exchange even if merchandise has quality issue, which it might, because some are knock offs!
My new/unworn shoes were simply too small and there was nothing I could do about it because they didn’t have it in another size. So I just lost money and stayed with unwearable shoes. Is this even USA?
This business takes advantage of customers!!

Be aware of this company’s “return policy,” which in actuality is a no return policy. They only do exchanges and store credits. This was never conveyed to me by an employee at their store, nor was the policy obviously displayed in their store. Even upon making a purchase online is it not mandated one must acknowledge their return policy before making a purchase.
Buyer be aware of this deceptive sales practice before making a purchase with this company, either in store or online.

Horrible customer service from the owner . I was told I could exchange a pair of shoes my daughter received for her birthday if they were in brand new condition. The shoe was never worn. However when I got there it was a different story . The owner said he couldn’t locate the receipt and I couldn’t exchange . He was super rude and unprofessional. However Darren tried to help and had a better attitude but the owner was very rude and unprofessional.

This store is horrible. I asked the store to hold something for me and that I would be back in less than 24 hours to purchase $400 worth of merchandise came back n they sold everything I asked them to hold. I was so mad cause I begged them to hold it and when I returned the same people even the manager acting like they have amnesia. I left the store and will NEVER return. 1st time and last
