Terrible customer service. I purchased a Mercedes that I was told had 2 keys… and they gave me a key that didn’t even work for the car! It was for a different Mercedes Benz completely. I called to bring it back for the right key and they refused.I had to pay for a second key because you can’t reprogram them.They didn’t care at all that I had some random car key. And of course no refund for the second key cost.Lots of back and forth for no reason. Would not use again.

Best experience we had buying our new/used car was fast and convenient and our sales man Daniel Simon worked with us and walked around with us showing us cars in our price range and found us our new addition and upgraded car we love if your looking this is place to go and ask for Daniel Simon he was professional and just hands down amazing at finding a reliable ride and keeping it in your price range..

I'm only giving 5 stars because of the cars, other than that the customer service was a total mess. I guess because that I'm a black woman they treated with no respect they didn't want to talk to me they were ignoring meI wanted to look at the G-wagon they had and no assistant me, I was treated as if I'm nothing. I've been an business woman for 8 yrs and I will never treat my customers or clients the way they treated me simply because of my skin color. I should file a law suit for discrimination I will never come back to this dealer and I bought a G wagon from another dealershipRule #1 never judge someone by their looks or their skin color

My overall experience with this dealer was extremely horrible. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealer. On August 11, 2022 at 10 a.m I called the dealer to inquire about a beautiful diamond white s580 they had listed for $128,999. Jorge picked up the phone at which time I proceeded to ask him would they be able to reduce the price to $122k. Jorge replied, "we normally don't take money off our vehicles unless it's a cash deal but I will ask the owner and call you back". At 10:13 a.m Jorge called me back and said the owner said he would take $124,500 for the vehicle. I agreed to the price and stated I would need to see the vehicle in person. Jorge then stated he would text me from his personal cell number and send me a link to apply for financing. We had back and forth communication thru text on that particular day. On August 13, 2022, I went to the dealer to take a look at the vehicle. At this time I also wanted to see if I could negotiate at a lower price then $124,500. Once I arrived at the dealer the vehicle was at their sister dealer down the street. I went to look at the vehicle and loved the way it looked. The owner stated he wouldn't take a penny less than what the dealer was asking for. I then reached out to Jorge to tell him send me a buyers order for the $124,500 price we agreed on. Jorge acted like he had no clue who I was and ask me was I sure it was him I spoke with. I responded and told him "how else did I get your phone number, know your name, and received the credit application link". I went back and forth with him and told him word for word what we spoke about and sent him screenshots of our convo and the times I called the dealer as well. I didn't have to send him the screenshots because all he had to do was scroll up and we had an entire conversation thread. At one point he said he didn't remember telling me they would sell me the vehicle for $124,500 and after debating back and forth he stated "there's no proof since it's not in writing". The dealer clearly doesn't honor their word and does shady business. I was approved by my lender to purchase the vehicle but because of their bad business tactics I held off on purchasing the vehicle. Beautiful car but horrible customer service. After he sent over the buyers order he contacted me NUMEROUS times via text messages and called NUMEROUS times. It was very clear they wanted the vehicle sold and I wanted to purchase the vehicle so why go back on your word.

Daniel Simon was our salesperson and truly surprised me with attention to detail along with product knowledge. This being my second BMW I’ve ever owned, Daniel fully understood and provided me with a wealth of information about the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Daniel made the entire purchasing process a pleasant experience with virtually no pressure and nothing but a positive and upbeat demeaner which allowed me to make the right decision. He even conducted two facetime walk-throughs of the vehicle explaining to me just about every detail of the Alpina B7 I was going to purchase. Overall, Daniel is an asset to Jumbo Luxury Cars place of business, I was completely impressed with his technical knowledge of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He has an uncanny ability to describe the technical aspects of a vehicle by putting it into laymen's terms, so I was at ease and had a greater understanding of the vehicle I ended up buying. The BMW Alpina B7 was the choice I made and have zero regrets, an outstanding vehicle. Overall, this was a great buying experience and there is no doubt that I would return to Jumbo Luxury Cars of Hollywood as long as Daniel is my salesperson.

Steven was an absolute delight to deal with. I was extremely nervous because I dealt with a scam from a previous situation. He was patient with me. He faced time me he picked me up from the airport and brought me back in plenty of time….and he helped me buy my first Mercedes Maybach. I am so grateful he answered the phone that day.

PURCHASE WITH CAUTION!! I was told that I had to purchase the extended warranty in order for my transaction to be approved. not a big deal at the time…an extended warranty couldn’t hurt and so I proceeded with the purchase. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident 8 months after purchase and the vehicle was deemed a total loss. My insurance company told me to contact the dealership and cancel my GAP policy and warranty for a prorated refund. The dealership was helpful and sent me the cancellation paperwork to complete and told me I could expect my refund within 4 weeks. After some time passed and I didn’t hear anything back, I reached back out with no response….numerous times. 9 months later I finally get somebody on the phone and was instructed to send the documents. A week passed and again, no response. I contacted the GAP and Warranty companies to see if the cancellations had been sent and was told they had not. I could process the GAP cancellation on my own, but the warranty company told me the dealership voided my policy not even 3 weeks after I purchased the vehicle from them and they never received the payment from the dealership. So they cancelled my warranty and pocketed the $3300+ they charged me for it. I would recommend if you have purchased a vehicle from them along with a warranty that you confirm it wasn’t voided and still in place. Other than the fraud there were a few items that I had to repair upon receiving it that were not disclosed…the major being the undercarriage heat liner, it had to be replaced because it was just resting in place and beyond repair. It fell and was dragging the road the first time I drove it….that was an $800 fix…but on a positive note the transaction was easy and my vehicle was shipped to me in NC.

I bought my first Mercedes-Benz with Jumbo Luxury Cars a little over a year. Their cars are nothing but amazing. Never had any problems with my car as it came straight of a lease with factory warranty still active. They made the transaction fast and easy. Drove home a satisfied customer. Will only buy my cars with Jumbo Luxury Cars for now on. Thanks guys.

My son and I drove 2 1/2 hours to meet with Justin and look at a car that we had seen online. Justin was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable for my 13 year old son! Honestly, the overall experience of working with Justin and his team was the best i've had to date. Having purchased more than 25 cars over the years that says a lot! I highly recommend!

I bought my first car with Mo in December 2020! With it being online, I was super nervous about sending money via wiring etc. or getting scammed. Mo was so awesome, super attentive, and answered all my questions. He FaceTimed me right away, and showed me the car and dealership. I spoke with financing before going through with it, but the process was super easy! Car was shipped to me perfectly and it was a super easy buying experience!

I just sold my 2018 Mercedes Gtc to Jumbo Luxury Cars. For the last 45 years I have been leasing, Buying and selling my cars, I have never ever had such an easy, quick and smooth transaction.The purchasing agent and accounting department were so efficient, I was in and out with the my check in my hand within 17 minutes.I really appreciate their courtesy, efficiency, professionalism and most of all honesty.

This was our first experience purchasing a car from a different state over the computer and phone. I was very nervous. Moe kept assuring us that the car would arrive and meet our expectations. We had a well managed experience. Our trade in vehicle was picked up with ease. Driver was polite and professional. Our new car was delivered and it was all that we expected. Delivery service was exceptional. There were some hiccups completing the paperwork on my end. The team was so patient with me as I learned how pairing devices work! The Jumbo Team never misrepresented anything. True professionals. I highly recommend using Jumbo Luxury Cars.

This was my first time buying a car online, and the experience exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Mo and I video conferenced so he could show me every square inch of the car, pointing out every tiny scratch, most of which I wouldn’t have noticed in person. Then he took me on a live test drive, explaining how the car felt to drive and how it sounded. Mo kept me up to date with daily updates until the car arrived a few business days after purchase. When the title work took longer than expected, they over-nighted me a dealer plate so I could drive the car around while waiting for the title! Plus, buying online meant no waiting around at the dealer for paperwork. They took care of it all offline, then sent the forms to sign electronically when they were ready.
