Less Than one. I ordered a battery though Impact Computers. 3 days later Impact Computers cancels my order saying they can not get battery. Why sell something you do not have or unable to get. Poor business ethics.

I bought an ASUS laptop and needed to replace my charger. Asus sent me to this company. We had an issue but Ralph called us back regarding the issue and resolved it. Thank you Ralph for your understanding and prompt response to taking care of the issue.

I needed replacement CPU/GPU fans for my ASUS TUF F17 laptop. I ordered the fan set from a seller through the 'Big A' company but they were wrong products. Did not fit properly and the wiring was backwards from the Asus pinout. Reached out to Asus who directed me to Impact Computers.Called Impact Computers and placed the order for the fans. The person who took my order was very nice, polite, professional and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable, the products were absolutely the correct units, shipping was as fast as promised, and they were packaged well.I now have a nice, quiet, cool, and happy laptop!!Thank you Impact Computers!! I will definitely recommend and use again if needed!

I purchased a replacement LCD screen for my laptop over a week ago, I installed the screen and when I turned my laptop on the screen was defective.I immediately contacted Impact Computers sales department to let them know about the defective LCD, the person I spoke with told me he would send out another LCD screen replacement immediately. I received the screen the following day and installed it, everything is now working as expected.I thank Impact computers and its staff for the awesome customer service they provided and without any delays, I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for computer parts, they also have great prices compared to others.Thanks again for getting my replacement parts to me in less than 24 hours. purchased a motherboard for an acer cp311-2h that is a hard to find item and was delivered within 2 days . after install it had no power and i contacted the seller and they sent another without any issue. when it arrived and i installed it there was no problem with the board. the service was great and the replacement board arrived within 1 day. the service was great along with the price of the item. thanks

Ralph at Impact Computers & Electronics, Inc. went the extra mile for me on researching for the correct replacement camera for my ASUS GL502VS-DB71 laptop and also resolving the bezel issue I had. Ralph a representative of Impact Computers, is a very proactive individual, and as a customer, I would again buy laptop parts as needed from this company without hesitation. After several tries of trying to get someone on the pone to check on the status of my order I was able to get in touch with Jose. Jose was the only person that I was able to actually talk to and get some help on checking the status of my order. He was able to assist me greatly and honestly turned my opinion on the company completely around. He was apologetic about the Customer Service Department not answering phone calls and was able to get me all of the information I needed regarding my purchase as well as the tracking information. Overall I would use this company again but the Customer Service Department should take some notes from Jose.

Horrible service. Had to drive to the location because I was afraid of their credit card fraud system. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby by myself after a worker told me to have a sit. No one was able to assist me to buy a 500$ part. I ended up walking out

They advertise available products and then cancel it after you order it days later. 2 times in a row now, on the same product, after I complained that they advertise products they don’t have, they did it again. Not dependable. Don’t count on them for anything important…

My experience with Impact went smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone with doubts. I was looking for a replacement screen for an HP laptop and couldn't find the part anywhere. I found it here and placed the order for it as well a new Bezel. I placed the order at maybe 9pm and it was shipped early the next day. I paid for two day shipping and received it in two days. Parts were well packed. The outer box showed signs that it wasn't handled well by the carrier, but the parts were unaffected. From purchase to receipt this was the most satisfying online purchase I've made in many years. Impact will ship the equivalent replacement if an original is unavailable. The part I received was, unfortunately, not the exact fit (if you've ever replaced laptop screens you'll know that the variations are endless). Impact stood behind the sale and issued my requested refund with ZERO hassle. Again, if you have doubts , I can reassure you that Impact delivers exactly as promised.

###BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK OF GETTING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION STOLEN AND USED###Ordered a part from them using my credit card in July 2022, Today I got a notification that my card had been fraudulently used.I never used my card buying stuff online and this is my first time to use it here. I saw the reviewes mentioning the same but I trusted that they sorted out all issues.

Ordered a power supply for a Xmas gift. I couldn't find this part anywhere. After I ordered someone from this company called saying he needed to order it and it may take 10 days to get the part plus shipping. So it could be after Xmas. I said it was fine maybe just be a late gift. Well it came way faster than expected and it's ready for Christmas. Thank you so much!
