I-Tech CompleteCare Care LLC prioritizes their customer! I was able to drop off my car at 8 am for an oil change and they were able to have this done within 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and they want to make sure you keep coming back for their services. I had some questions regarding my car care and had those questions answers honestly and genuinely. I will absolutely be back! Anyone looking for amazing customer service, great prices, and to shop and local business within the community should absolutely use iTech instead of their dealership!

I was trying to get a service done at Kia on Pembroke RD, and got missed up with my appointment, anyways, i had to wait a month and a half for next slot, asked Kia for an estimate of how much it would cost and just got excuses. On my way back home i say the I-Tech sign and decided to stop. They served me immediately, replaced oil, air filters, wiper blades and replaced the drive belt and pulleys that they told me i needed new ones. Very professional, they do a very good job.

I took my old car to be service by Itech back in their humble beginnings and since I continue bringing my family and I vehicles because they treat us with the same care and professionalism since. Most importantly we are confident we aren’t getting ripoff. My family and I are very satisfied with their professional services and highly recommend this community business for its integrity and work performance.

Very friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and they do an amazing work. I bought my Mustang new in 2005. It was time to get some real motor work done. From the moment I called this shop till the moment I picked up my car they stayed in touch with updates. I’ve had the car back now for about two months and happy to report it’s running like new! I would definitely recommend this shop.
