I love this place! Dr Nguyen was great for my eye exam. When I went to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses (one progressive and the other for computer) I noticed that the daily glasses did not feel quite right. The tech did a great job and with a smile on his face as he took my glasses back, checked the numbers on the script, and promptly diagnosed the problem. The glasses had to be sent back to the lab and upon return are great! Then several months later, my computer glasses had one of the arms come off. I went in and asked what can be done, and in a blink of an eye, this same nice man took the glasses and went looking (and finding) the same frames. He immediately transferred the lenses from the broken frames to the new ones. "No sense making you wait for 2 weeks to send them out to the lab". He was so nice and friendly and there was no charge. I will definitely go back when it's time for a new exam. Thanks

My recent experience at My Eye Doctor was horrible. After having retina reattachment surgery and losing my vision in one eye, it took months to recover and followed by cataract surgery. Finally after 18 months I was cleared and allowed to get new glasses which means I’d see clearly again. With great expectations I went to My Eye Doctor and after ordering new lenses and was told they would take a few weeks to arrive, I agreed to wait. According to their website they were supposed to be ready on a certain day.I called that day mid-morning and was told they needed to check with the lab and would get back to me. When I didn’t hear anything I called back later in the afternoon and was told they were advised they had to redo the lens because of a problem when putting on the coating for them to change color outside and it would now be the end of the week or on Monday before they’d be ready. Since I was leaving town to see family out of state I wanted to receive them on time. I checked in on Friday afternoon to see if they get deliveries on the weekend and was told no. At that time I was told that my frames were returned to the store and that they could not put the lens in my frames and that I’d have to come in to get new frames.
My questions were, why didn’t someone reach out to me when they found out the lenses had to be redone instead of me having to find out only when I called them? And why didn’t someone tell me about the frames being returned before I called another time?
Since this meant that I would not have new glasses in time to travel and that I had been very patient, but with two excuses and lack of customer service on their part I asked for my money to be refunded, which they did. I will never return.

I really can't overstate how disappointed I am after my experience with this practice. My initial visit was entirely unremarkable, aside from Dr. Nguyen indicating that I had signs of occular hypertension and that she wanted to see me for a followup; since I needed glasses as well she suggested that I schedule the appointment when I was notified my glasses were ready. I picked my frames and was told they would be ready in 10-14 days "but lately they've been trending closer to 10 days."
I don't know if this was a cruel joke by the salesperson or if the fates saw it proper to intervene in my life in the most frustrating way because it took nearly a MONTH for my glasses to come in. After 10 days I called and asked for a status on my order. They weren't delivered yet. Fine. This was the low side of the expectation anyway. Over the next few days, I check the website (which is an INFURIATING experience due to the lack of ability to simply create a username/password login for) and see that not only are they not ready, but there isn't even an expected delivery date.
Now more than 14 days past my purchase, I call again and am assured I'll receive a callback that day letting me know the status - unsurprisingly, that call never came. I continue to check the website and suddenly have an expected delivery date that is ANOTHER TWO WEEKS OUT.
I am a reasonable man. I am human. I make mistakes. If someone at this practice had the decency to call me and say a mistake was made, I wouldn't be incensed enough to leave such a strong review.
At this point I've spent nearly a month panicking because I am terrified of the prospect of having glaucoma. Having waited nearly a month for even a phone call, I am no longer interested in visiting this practice for a followup - I contacted my insurance company and they authorized a second opinion at another practice. As a courtesy, they took a look at the glasses I received from MyEyeDr and noticed that the lenses aren't even installed correctly - now I have to make a special trip back to a practice that I don't want to go to and wait an unspecified, indeterminable amount of time for my glasses to be remade PROPERLY.
Avoid this practice at all costs.
A note to the owner: I don't care for a ChatGPT generated response here - I will be coming to the practice in person this weekend, hurricane be d*mned, to sort out my replacement frames. I expect there to be no difficulty in replacing them, nor will this constitute my warranty replacement.

They just lost a lifetime of eye appointments and eye glasses sales for an almost-blind family of 4. Reason: They cancelled my confirmed appointment without telling me.

The staff is welcoming, awesome and knowledgeable. Dr Nguyen is beyond awesome with exceptional bedside manners and up to date knowledge. My multiple experiences are beyond expectations. I would recommend without hesitation.

I'll be returning non properly made glasses. And requesting my money back on both them and another pair that I bought. What a shame that now I have pain in my good eye and my eye d.roups so I can only look out half of it unless I strain to open it. If only one of the doctors would have came out and talked to me about it to see if it would be lasting but instead I ended up leaving and will have to talk to specialist. My insurance even says they haven't returned the benefits that they used for my glasses. Thank you guys

Amazing service!! From the moment we entered the place, the attention was wonderful. The doctor was very kind and explained each procedure to us, and the service of choosing the frame and making the glasses was smooth, with everyone being very attentive.

The doctor and staff are awesome. I wasn’t totally happy with the first pair of glasses they made for me, but they quickly corrected it and now I’m very happy with my glasses.
