I been living almost 8 months and it has been great so far. The management are attentive and respond very quickly to all my questions, complains and requests. The amenities are great, the gym, the pool the storage space. Also the maintenance team are very attention to detail and quick to response. Also the area is so nice, quiet and peaceful.

Living here has been a great experience. Jenny , Janette and Alexis in the office are the best! They give great customer service and always available to help. I have been living here for 3 years and I can't brag about My living experience enough.

The maintenance guys Joe Grilo and Robert, they make a really good job. They fixed many things in my apartment and they do it fast and really well. I appreciate it they work.

Jenny and her team are AMAZING! She’s created such a friendly environment and a place where I feel welcomed everyday. It’s been about 3 months and I have zero complaints. Thanks to the ladies in the back office and maintenance as well! Really love this building. Very refreshing team after living in Brickell for years! Look no further!
Only sad part: No hot tub but who cares.
No free guest parking but there’s free parking on Hollywood Blvd and only a max of 10 usd per day.

The experience was amazing. They totally took drama of moving in out of the process by taking the time to guide me through the application process. I was also directed to a program that’s help me pay my deposit over time. Professional all the way!! Btw ask for Jenny she’s the property manager and she makes you feel like family.

We were the first tenants in this building. We lived in the apartment for 13 months and left because the rent increased by 20% over the year and the homeowners began to move very strange tenants into apartments. Many people smoked cannabis and did not follow the rules of walking animals. Some residents had huge dogs that could urinate on the carpet in the hallway. Six months later, in a brand new house, the corridors began to stink of urine, because the owners of their four-legged friends did not follow them. One day there was a shooting in the parking lot and we found out about it from the local news. The employees were constantly changing. I believe that the cost of rent is not equal to the cost of services provided by landlords. As a result, we found the apartments cheaper and much higher in terms of service and cleanliness than Hollywood East. When we moved out of the apartments at the end of August 2022, a blond guy worked with us. I didn't remember his name, but he was very kind and friendly. After a while, we stopped by to pick up our mail and this young man saved our correspondence and gave it to us. We are very grateful to him.

Whenever we have a maintenance issue it is resolved quickly. Robert fixed our washing machine first thing this morning as it broke over the weekend. Joe the maintenance manager is great as well.Unfortunately although this building is non-smoking, there are smokers everywhere. Residents smoke in their room, on their patios and by the pool.

It’s a great place with kind people, staff, and the apartments themselves are comfortable. Robert is very helpful and seems like a fun genuine guy to be around with.

Hollywood East is a dream residence and its appeal is not just the location or the well maintained and appointed property but its wonderful management staff. Jeni is wonderful, friendly and larger than life and has been nothing but helpful and accommodating from the moment we first met. Janette her assistant manager and Alexis the new leasing specialist are also great! From the moment I went on tour I knew this would be our new home. My partner and I know we made the right decision choosing Hollywood East.
