I was visiting the Hollywood Beach area for my birthday and was interested in taking a yoga class in the area. Through a Google search, I happened upon the blessing of Hollywood Beach Yoga! I could feel Tiffany's energy immediately upon meeting her; so warm and welcoming! And the location is amazing! Beautiful view of the ocean, within walking distance of my location on the boardwalk, but with plenty of parking. It's even near a bathroom!! I found the practice extremely grounding, calming and inspiring and feel like I made an instant friend in Tiffany.As an instructor, her sequencing is intelligent, she offers modifications for a wide range of ability levels and employs verbal and physical adjustments so that you can practice safely and confidently. Tiffany also provides opportunities for movement and meditation. There is truly something for EveryBODY! If you were looking for a sign that you should try a class with Hollywood Beach Yoga, THIS IS IT!!!! Go! You won't be disappointed! ?

Excellent prácticefor all levels. Tiffany gives modifications for beginners and advanced students as well. She does a great job of keeping the balance between excercise and meditation. Hollywood Beach yoga is great for vacationers and regular practice. I

This class is amazing! You could not have a better place to do yoga. I love outdoor yoga. The teacher is very good. She has clear instructions. It's a good class. Highly recommended.
