Whatever you do avoid this place at all cost.I was scammed by Luis and the owner was no help with recovering my money was just told to take Luis to small claims court. The car the sold me had a bad battery and missing clips in the bumper which they also didn’t assist with fixing do not believe the good reviews I will be taking action against Luis and the company as well

Called for a car and they rushed me to come buy it because someone was 30 minutes away to come see it as well. When i got there no one came to see it the pictures they had of the car didn’t do it justice it was broken scratched all over the place

**Buyer Beware!!** Read all reviews. They have a horrible reputation for FRAUD! Dealt with JT provided deposit of $500 back on 8/26/23 to see and schedule a test drive of a 2016 Range Rover (Stock#563599). When I arrived for a scheduled appointment to test drive the vehicle on Saturday 9/2/23 at 10:00 A.M., the vehicle was not even on the lot. The office was closed. Contacted JT and he said he was 10 minutes away. After finally meeting up with him close to 11:00 A.M., I asked where the vehicle was. He stated that the vehicle was on its way and in possession of the owner Arial S. JT also said his finance guy was on the way also. After waiting 2 hours, JT said the owner had the vehicle and because it was a Jewish holiday he wouldn't be able to let me see the car until Monday 9/3/23. At this point I told them that they had wasted my families time and was heading to Orlando to see my son that afternoon. I requested a return for my deposit and they said OK. To this day they don't pick up the phone or when I speak to JT or Anthony they give an excuse of that I already told Arial. Shame on this company, I am a currently undergoing chemotherapy for cancer and I feel horrible how they take advantage of people. I have since taken legal action.

Had to fly down there because communication was terrible while shipping my car. It wasn’t washed or clean and Waited hours just to sign papers because of short staff. Worked with Dominic great service and trustworthy guy, I bought a solid Lexus with low miles and a few dings drove it 15hrs no problems, only issue my sound wasn’t working and problem with a tail light that they couldn’t fix. But they were able to workout a few things for me in the deal.

I was scammed by Luis Rivera a sales person there of $4,000.00 deposit for an a vehicle. Upon speaking to actual owner Aerial swissa, take luis to small claims court...are you kidding me...he robbed your customers and your not gonna assist in getting our money back.. Aerial you should be ashamed of yourself and business.. Stay Away Buyer Beware
