They promised to order and install the small detail parts that was missing on the outside (also the hood lever and center storage), if I make the purchase and it’s been a month today. The bald head manager literally walked away from me and ignore me when I came back to the dealership to tell them that the 2017 BMW X4 I brought from them 2 weeks prior stopped with me on the high way (I95).

I can give the 0 starts! SCAMMM THEY SELL CARS WITH A LOT OF ISSUES AND COVER, then when you go they treat you bad and put a lot of excuses

⛔️WARNING ⚠️ SCAMMMM JUST DONT DO IT, seriously go look for a car in Tampa luxury auto mall atleast there honest, Don’t do it this place will rip u off and offer no help, cars are fixed up the day you come in also look around inside the car make sure they didn’t glue nothing down to make the sell, like air vents parts to glove box, check Under your sent see if. It’s rusted an it’s a junk yard seat, an the car will be on side of the building, waiting for you all ready running so this way u don’t try n check out the car give it a few days an check engine lights will start to appear… don’t give them down payment once you’ve been approved you’re approve for the who amount of the car tax tag and title fees are a few hundred, look this stuff up not supposed to even require one if a car is 14k and you get approved for 14k why would you need the extra 2 or 3k and the price of the car loan don’t change total scam an if you go on the weekend sells team will smell like alcohol, check tires they only put used tires on cars the ones that barely pass inspection notice there balled go before they be there you’ll see the cars have webs inside of them from sitting, I’m going to keep reposting this til they close or fix this issue scam be careful!!! Also some of the reviews are from there office writing there own reviews! WARNING ⛔️ ⚠️ start doing right by ppl your just ripping them off.. don’t ever go here, they need to be out of business rip off company, please don’t do it I know it looks good but trust it’s not as good as it looks

Worse place to buy a car ...better off going else where total rip off customer service is poor its just about getting that car off the lot and getting your funds there's no customer satisfaction. Stay away ppl.

I must say today was a bless day for me , I hate car shopping . I went to a couple of car dealer in Miami and o my jezz all this dealer want to sell you a rebuild title for a prices of a none rebuild title come on how your gonna pay 12,000 grand for a rebuild when auction come that came only worth 2-3 k and then they want to double the price this Miami dealer are typical clown . This dealer were amazing Gio and Luciano men were super honest and they told me listen this is what the car has and this , I did not have credit and they got me a credit based on my down payment . I highly recommended anyone that looking for a car to come to this place in Hollywood . Thank you Gio and Luciano .

My husband and I have been looking for a car for a while, but I HATE going car shopping…people are too pushy and very shady when it comes to car sales. I decided to let my husband deal with the buying process…thankfully he was referred to Hi Tech Auto sales and the process was smooth, not pushy, they worked with our budget and our car criteria. To be honest, I do get why car sales people get a bad rep, but these guys changed the way I feel about them, or at least about this dealer in particular. We probably will be back to get our second Durango…we just love our choice. Thanks guys for helping us out. We trusted and you came through.
