Great experience every time. Dr Jackie was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. The optician was very nice. They take their time, never a rush. I have also seen Dr Straus in the past and was a great experience as well. Thank you for taking great care of my family. Highly recommend.

I promise that this is the best optometrist in South Florida. Every single person at this office cares about there patients. I am truly taken back by this level of care and compassion. Both Dr. Jackie Estreicher, Dr. Alexis Strauss, and the ladies at the front; have helped me greatly. If you are looking for a location that truly cares, does their due diligence to make sure your problems are solved, and makes you feel like family then you should come here. Thank you :)

If I could give - Stars I would. Great for patients horrible for the employees. Their security system in the back door is a joke there is an old toothbrush lodged in to keep the door locked everything about that job was a joke ? I only worked there 2 weeks. And for no reason before training could even be finished doctor heiden himself decided that I was fired with no explanation and had to hide behind his daughter to tell me that I was fired. There was no logical reason given to me by the training manager or by anyone else. I was always on time and bilingual,fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Heiden seems to HIDE more than anything.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Heiden and Dr. Strauss for almost 20 years. I now bring my daughters too. Everyone here is wonderful. The doctors are caring and knowledgeable. The staff is attentive and courteous. Just wonderful all around.

I recommend Heiden and Heiden to the entire world. The doctors and staff are GREAT. Respectful, soft spoken, just all around great people. The choice of eye glass frames, is like a kid in the candy store, you don't want only one. I purchased 4 frames. The price is affordable and the frame fits my face, amazing. I love this place!

I have been coming here for about 4 years but passed this place MANY times throughout the years. Dr. Heiden and his daughter have been here for years. My optometrist is Dr. Jackie, she is AMAZING!! I love how calm and to the point she is, and she figures it out. My script was a problem when I first came. I had distance issues with nighttime, anxiety issues driving and reading issues with computers. Past doctors were heading towards bifocals in my 40s! until Dr. Jackie. She not only figured out my script but kept away from bifocals. The staff is always polite and friendly and accommodating. They have all styles and budgets to meet your needs with glasses as well from Versace to Bebe to Coach. Adults and children.

Best eye exam I've ever had for both contacts and eye doctors. He really explained everything to me and I could tell put in extra effort to make sure I got the best prescription for my lifestyle. I also got glasses, which usually is a terrible experience because my prescription is so high..But, somehow, some way, the Optician was able to get my lenses to fit the pair of glasses I wanted (Echo Frames). I was really impressed. I just moved back here and was looking for a new eye doctors office. This will be the place for me and my family moving forward.

i just made an appointment a week ago i did call twice during the week and them said my ordered frame will be there on friday, but my surprise was that no frame, and didn't write down anything about me or what i supposed buy, they just said your frame is not here , no apologies anything no one could understand why they make me go there on friday 2/3/22, shame of business

Dr. Heiden has been my eye doctor for over 40 years, he is knowledgeable, up to date with eyecare, calm, humble, professional Etc. and so thorough in examining my eyes. I now drive 1 hour each way from WPB because he is the best. I would give him 10 Stars.

From the staff to the doctors this place is magnificent! I have been a patient for 3 years and every time I go in for my exam, eye concern or glasses it has always been a pleasant experience! If you want amazing doctors and the sweetest staff go in! You will not be dissatisfied to try this place out.Wait time: greatDoctors: extremely knowledgeable, caring and just amazingStaff: fenomenal !!! I highly recommend this office. The staff and doctors are extremely professional and warm! I felt very comfortable in the office. The gentleman who helped me pick out frames listened to my needs and my wants and I never felt rushed. Everyone was so patient and helpful. I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with this office.

After 30 years in the industry I can confidently say my examination was perfectly done, professional and knowledgeable. Opticians dispensing eyewear have excellent skills and ability. If you are looking for the cheap stuff this is not it. If you want the best quality product and experience you are at the right place.
