I call and ask if they have panel nails, so I don't have to drive all over the city. After a long wait the person on the phone says they have them. I look in hardware and Don't see them. Wait in line and ask. The girls vaguely points and say the nails are in the 3rd one. I look in the 3rd row, the rack... I already had some else in my hand I was going to buy in addition, It's more effort than I want to give before my coffee. I'll go somewhere more helpful.

Yes the tools are not high quantity however how many times are you going to use that tool. Example I will compare buying or renting buying from Harbor maybe a little more then renting. Most likely I will use that tool again.

Great place to buy tools at discounted prices, it's not expensive brand names and some products are not as good as their more expensive cousins but overall it's a great shop for the do it yourself homeowner.
Lots of their products have a lifetime warranty which makes it even more worthwhile, I was a bit skeptical but when the chisel broke they told me to just go grab a new one.

This is a commendation for one of Harbour Freight Hollywood FL employees named SHANTRELL. Until today, I have never met her or know her. Today I was in a hurry, looking for a particular tool (a hot knife for cutting styrofoam). I looked on their website and saw that they carry one. I was across town from the HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD location so I called the store to see if they had one in stock. A very nice and happy woman answered the phone, helped me locate the SKEW number and then checked inventory. She said, 'YES! We have it. Come on down.' When I walked in the door and told her what I needed, she remembered the call and told me exactly where it was located. I asked where something else was and she told me its exact location... all while helping check out other customers.
She was happy. Kind. Intelligent. Helpful. And polite. SHE WAS AWESOME. Great employee. Great person.
JAMES, the store manager, was just as personable and helpful.
