where do I start. I signed for a car, put my deposit down, signed all the paper work got my insurance and they had me wait a week for the car to be "restored" and then tell me they sold the car to someone else because they paid 250 dollars more. these people are extremely unprofessional. they swindle you while youre there and you think it's all great until they decide to cross you. I would not recommend anyone go here.

I bought a 1999 jeep Cherokee this is an edit I paid this Jeep off a year ago and they have still yet to send me a title. Yeah I wanted it but I was distracted by the price which ended up costing me $8, 000 instead of the original cost of 5000 which is fine. I brought it back for a knocking noise. They fixed. It called me. Came back to get it started making the knocking noise as soon as they give it back to me but I let it go because it stopped knocking again. But whatever that problem is, is still there somewhere, and I will be taking them to court because I've paid off the Jeep for over 12 months and I still cannot sell it because I do not have the title

It felt very safe purchasing my 1995 Jeep Cherokee from Greenfield USA. John and Anna are lovely. John painted my car completely and I had no idea he was going to do that. I thought I was purchasing the car “as is.” I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership. It’s very different than other dealerships. Family owned and operated. A truly great experience! ?

The folks who run Greenfield Auto USA are lovely. It was the first dealership I walked into and the next thing I knew I was chatting in Mandarin and reminiscing about Taiwan with John and Anna. I immediately caught a good vibe and knew I could trust them. They haven’t let me down! One month in and my 2001 Cherokee is running splendidly. They’re so meticulous with their service work, everything is noted digitally and in ink on windows and windshields. They have a good name in the community. Thanks Greenfield Auto USA! 辛苦你們囉

Bought a 2000 jeep cherokee limited from Greenfield several months ago. The purchase experience was awesome, no one makes you feel tied to any deals and they tell you things straight up. Website was very informative on the vehicles with before and after photos including detailed descriptions as to why they are being repaired so you know exactly what you are getting into. There is a difference between buying a used vehicle and buying a classic vehicle and unfortunately it doesn't always work out perfect but having a crew that knows the ins and outs of the car you are purchasing is a must. I was amazed by the time and effort they put into restoring / fixing their cars. Their warehouse is loaded with jeep parts new / used name it im serious they have it. When i met with Phil / john and told them how into jeeps my wife and i are they instantly started to show us around all their jeep projects. Im glad i found greenfield, now i own a classic of my own.

I never thought buying a car could be this pleasant of an experience. I did tons of research on the car i wanted beforehand, spoke to several other dealerships before finally ending up at Greenfield. Their price was really reasonable and I was treated with respect and didn't feel like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. I love my car and will definitely come back when I need an upgrade.
