we were going on a family cruise for the New Year. 7 days 6 nights. we had never left our dogs before in the 8 years we have them. Andre's came to the house 3 times for meet and greets. One of the dogs was not dog or new person friendly so we could not board them. I set up daily visits for feeding and walking. He came four times daily and sent texts and Videos of the walks. Andres was awsome I never had a concern the entire time away! He also took care of the house with lights and TV for my girls. I can not think of any better choice for your babies! Don't hesitate to contact him if you need caring animal care. In your home or theirs- he will bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met! Barbara Browne

Andre and Tina at Grateful Companion Pet Care are the real deal. Not only did he show compassion and knowledge towards my dog at every turn but they understand customer service. Life can be unpredictable and sometimes schedule changes are needed and Andre always did his best to be flexible and accommodate us. I of course wanted to respect his schedule too, and tried not to request too many changes but our schedule isn't always the same and that was huge for us. Amazing customer service! Andre knows so much about animals and always made great decisions with our aging pit bulls care being the FIRST priority. He is passionate and cares and I hope he reaches all of his goals. A great dude! Tina his primary dog walker was a sweetheart and always gave us tips, and what to give our senior dog since she has a senior dog as well. They both were very patient and loving and our dog Nina will always be grateful. We unfortunately made the decision to have our dog go and live with my dad (whom she lived with previously) and no longer needed the service. I'm still glad I met Andre and know of this wonderful service that way in the future if I ever need pet sitting or dog boarding I know of an amazing company!

Andre is simply the best! I have two cats who do not always get along and he still is able to ensure their comfort for me. He has exceptional communication skills which is so important to me when I have to leave them for extended periods. I especially love the videos and pictures he sends me when I'm not there.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!They took care of our little ones for a week. Amazing service! They immediately made us calm and peaceful with reports, real-time updates, and daily videos! They spent a lot of daily time taking care of them, feeding them, and also cuddling them.Highly recommended!

Our family has used Grateful Companion Pet Care for almost 10 years for when we take trips out of town to take care of our dog (now dogs) and Andre and staff have always been reliable to walk and feed our pups as well as going above and beyond if something happens at our home while we are gone or if we forget to do something/need something checked. I highly recommend them for caring for your four legged family members.

Our old dog sitter/boarding decided to no longer do boarding. My wife looked on Yelp and found grateful companion. Right away we called, and Andre was very helpful and set up a meeting to meet us and our dog. Our dog Bella stayed just this past weekend and we got so much updates about our dog and little videos we enjoyed!!! Grateful companion is without a doubt the best thing that has happened to us. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Andre is the only person I trust to watch my dog Sweetie. I discovered Grateful Companion while living in Hallandale, but still happily make the drive to Hollywood after moving to Coral Gables. I know she'll be in good hands, and that I can count on Andre to honor our reservations vs. risking last minute cancellations (if you're new to South Florida, it's extremely hard to find reliable, responsive people). He provides better service at half the cost of his competitors - you can tell he truly loves the dogs as if they were his own.Sweetie always comes home happy and more confident from playing with the other dogs. She also loves Andre, to the point that one time when I tried to pick her up, she ran back inside to him! I like that he only watches a few dogs at a time, and that they have the run of his house & yard vs. being cooped up in a cage like at some "dog hotels". I appreciate the cute videos he sends with his frequent updates, and his flexibility in pickup & dropoff times.Andre, my trips wouldn't be possible without you, and I'm so grateful we found you!

We first used Grateful Companion two years ago on our trip to Japan and we have been using them ever since. They go above and beyond for our animals. We have four fur babies that love their visits. We are extremely happy with their service and trust our furbabies and homes with them. They have made us loyal customers.

It's the only place I trust to care for my dog. They are caring, kind, spacious for her to run and play and she loves Sassy. It's a complete peace of mind when we have to leave her there, as she treats it like a trip to the spa.

We are so happy we found this wonderful and very professional company! Andre and his staff take such good care of our precious dog and two cats and we are so thankful for their caring and loving service. When we travel our dog stays with them and the cats are taken care of in our home. We receive little videos to update us with an adorable soundtrack which is the cutest thing ever! Andre, Joan & their staff are true animal lovers and take care of our babies as if they were their own. We absolutely love and trust Grateful Companion and strongly recommend. Andre is responsible, flexible, responsive, kind and caring- I trust him with my dogs both in dog walking and overnight sitting. he is aware of any differences in their health and alerts me immediately . And my dogs adore him. My Bernese is rather shy and she always has a smile on when she looks at him.

Andre took excellent care of my sick senior cat Pouncer for us several times while we were on vacation. He came by twice daily and even gave him meds. He always followed all instructions and sent me updates via text for every visit. After Pouncer passed away, we had an emergency and had to leave town right away, and Andre even came to feed my community cats outside! I appreciated that so much. He’s a true animal lover. We recently adopted a dog, and I will definitely contact him again on our next vacation to take care of our Max Doggie Hasslehoff too. :)

I have used Grateful Companion numerous times to take care of my three dogs while I’ve been out of town. I always have peace of mind knowing my fur babies are being cared for by trustworthy, loving people. The photos and videos I receive of them on their walks is so sweet and such a nice touch. You can tell that Andres loves his furry clients and loves his job. Highly recommend.
