Worst experience ever. AC was not working properly. The AC was set on 67 , however the room temp went STARTED at 73 & went all the way up to 77. My guest were extremely hot. My party didn't even last until midnight due to it being so hot. Owner didn't try to offer a solution. Instead he left and put his phone on Do not Disturb. So many broken & damage chairs. In which you see this complaint in previous reviews. Both bathrooms flooded in which you also see in previous reviews. Owner had the nerve to be rude to me & getting pissed at me for complaining. I have a right to complain. I paid my money so i expected top notch service. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. All they care about is getting your money. He never even apologize to me. He literally tried to accuse me of being over compacity when i didn't even have enough chairs if all my guest had shown up. Making excuses about this never happen before. Thats not the way you handle business. Offer a solution. No he put his phone on silence. I had SEVERAL GUEST WHO WERE INTERESTED IN RENTING THE VENUE. Well YOU LOST OUT ON ALOT OF MONEY..., I will be taking further legal action regarding this. People STAY AWAY

Things that went well...Great spaceDecorated nicelyPrice was reasonable with decor, food, DJ, and open bar.DJ was entertainingFood was goodThings that didn't go well...The food was different from what we orderedThe bartender was slowThe owner was very inflexibleWe reserved the hall from 7:30p-11:30p. A few guests arrived early at 7p. The owner refused to open the door until 7:30p on the dot. She had people waiting outside in their cars in the rain. It's not like she had an event before our event. She could have allowed people to sit down and get settled at their tables.Anticipating that guests may arrive late, we booked the bar for 8p-11p. Many of the guests arrived on time. The owner refused to open the bar until 8p. She could have allowed some flexibility and agreed to open the bar from 7:30-10:30p and go with the flow of the event.Regarding the food... we ordered jerk chicken, chicken picata, and beef. The chicken was not jerk it was regular baked chicken quarters. The chicken picata was grilled chicken breast. Which was different from what was ordered. Because the food was good and there were no complaints, we did not raise any concerns. However, we did not get what we ordered.The bartender was slow. There were about 60 people at the event, and she took over 8 min with each order. There was always a line at the bar (I'm assuming on purpose). It took forever to get a drink. Waiting in line for 15 min to get a drink which took away from dancing and having a good time.When it came to payment and time, the owner did not waver. She wanted her money on time, and she refused to be flexible with the time of the event and open bar. However, when it came to delivering what we ordered, she was able to compromise and substituted without our consent.Overall, the event ended up being nice despite the kinks. But, I would not work with this lady again.

This hall needs a overhaul!!! Water stains on the ceiling, dirty curtains, broken chairs, partially draped ceilings, holes in the bathroom walls. No sink in the kitchen, if you want to call it a kitchen. Lights don’t dim, which is a must in a banquet hall for ambience. I give them 2 stars and that’s being nice.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. 7 years ago I went there for a birthday party and everything was decorated nice but the restrooms were flooding and they were clogged up. This year my sister had a bridal shower there and the same exact thing happened again. The owner took 2 hours to arrive to figure out what was wrong with the restroom and then had the nerve to say oh the bathroom was working perfectly fine before she left. She had a “plumber” come to “fix” the restroom and the restroom was STILL the same it was no difference. To top it off instead of giving the deposit back she kept it. When really and truly she should’ve gave money back due to her restroom not working properly. I should’ve known it was way too good to be true because she wanted the money paid in full to rent the place in less than a week. This place needs to fix the plumbing issues because it doesn’t make sense.

I've Dj'd there several times and all I can say is they the professionalism is Superb. They have a Great, Friendly, and punctual staff that makes the time there comfortable. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to throw a party.

The place is Ok. My aunt had her reception here. The downfall of this place is that you have to pretty much bribg everything or be charge extra for it.The day of the event the owner was rude to my family which left a bad taste and was very unprofessional. The color wasnt the actual color that my Aunt wanted. The only good thing was the bartender she was so sweet.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!!! I had 4 weeks to plan and put together a wedding. Regine helped me through it with her patience and great ideas. My pop-up wedding was on location at the hall and it was beautifully decorated, romantically set up, and something to truly talk about. OMG!!! The staff was great and accommodating, photography was awesome. My pictures are breath taking.If you need a place to have any type of function, go there you will not regret it.
