Do yourself a favor and don't let German Car Depot (GCD) anywhere near your performance car— they’ll try to take you for a ride. My Audi R8’s AC went out, and the dealer quoted $10k for 10hrs of work with a 12mo warranty. GCD swore they could beat that, so I took it in. Their grand plan? A whopping 38 hours, $11.5k, and a 24mo warranty. I did some calling around, and every other shop said 10-12 hours tops.
I told GCD their quote was way off, and their response? “We know better, our tech wrote the Volkswagen manual. Take a hike.” So, I did. Got it fixed elsewhere for less than half of what GCD quoted, and it came with a 7yr warranty.
Whether it’s cluelessness or bad will, I wouldn’t trust these guys with a Hot Wheels, let alone a high-performance car.

A very professional group. From the personal phone conversation to the text interaction. Even the office dog was on point. I had a problem with my vehicle after picking it up. I was informed to bring and the problem was expediently rectified. I will; if necessary, be doing business with them again.

The short version: GCD was absolutely fantastic. They took me in quickly. They assessed the problem. They fixed it all in a timely manner. My Mini-Cooper has never run better.
Eddie, who handled my situation, was informative and friendly. He explained everything step by step and in clear ways for someone who is not a car person. Their system of reports with pictures also include nicely rendered 3D videos explaining how the part works in your car. It's so fantastic.
If you have a German car, I highly recommend GCD. Fast, informative, and for a fair price.

I don't recommend German Car Depot. They quoted me about $4,000 for a job on my BMW X5, which I approved, but the engine light remained on after the work was completed, even though they told me everything was fine. I'm at a loss for words at how a shop can quote such a price and then claim everything is fine despite the engine light still being on. At one point, the service guy told me that I don't understand, which is fair. However, one thing I know for sure is that the engine light is still on, despite paying thousands to the shop specifically to fix that issue.
Maybe I don't understand car issues but I know when a service is good and the service at German Car Depot is not. I do not recommend bringing your car to this shop.

That's false. You did not say there will be pricier parts. You only introduced that after the repair. In fact, the issue I reported was that the engine light is on and after the repair it is still on. It's really that simple. Extremely disappointed.

I highly recommend German Car Depot in Hollywood, Florida. I was quite anxious about the cost of repairing my Range Rover Sport, knowing it could be exorbitant. However, Eddie made the entire process seamless and kept me informed every step of the way. I’m grateful for their excellent service and transparent communication. Skip the dealership and head to German Car Depot in Hollywood instead.

I recently brought my Porsche Macan to German Car Depot for some much-needed repairs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
They diagnosed the issues with my car quickly, provided a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate quickly.
Their customer service is top-notch, too. The staff was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs.

I believe the level of service at your place of business with exceptionally professional done and your advisors were very informative and keeping you up to date on details what had to be done and what is recommended for a safe driving vehicle and what the services could provide for you the price range for a reasonable and the environment or clean and the wait time was a little long but good things i would waiting on thank you guys for a great experience would be referring friends and family to share in that experience sincerely the family of the Lendor's
