One of the most professional staff I have ever encountered. Enchanté was super nice and knowledgeable. She should be offered a management position. I have never had a salesperson like her. Caring, helpful in choosing thre right frames and will always make sure you're pleased.

Great location, great people. I have been going here for 2 years now and am very impressed with the staff and selection. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, kind, and efficient. Enchante has worked with me both those times and she is an excellent associate to work with. I have gone in other times to have my glasses refitted or tightened, and everyone I have interacted with at this location has been great. I would recommend this For Eyes for glasses.

I was very happy with Ms. Enchante's customer service. She was very helpful and has a pleasant personality. But this store needs to do better with treating their employees. Ms. Enchante was busy all day by herself taking care of customers with no help. As she was helping me I noticed she wasn't well. She informed me that she hadn't and wasn't able to take a lunch break and I was there about 2 hrs. It is ridiculous that you have a person running your business and she cannot even lock the door for 30 minutes to each lunch. As a company, a person's well being, safety and health should be top priority. I am infuriated. A person should not work all day without taking a lunch break. ForEyes and the manager of store # M208 in Hollywood need to do better. I am very pleased with Enchante but disgusted with the management.

I’ve come back here two years in a row because it’s a great place to purchase eyewear. The attention and customer service you receive from Enchante and Monika is 1st rate, they’re the best.

Terrible service, you go with insurance and they even charge you for the air you breathe, my daughter ordered contact lenses and after almost a month they did not have them ready nor did they know where they were. NOTHING RECOMMENDED

I'm a repeat customer at ForEyes for nearly 10 years. I'm glad to say I had another wonderful experience in getting my glasses this year. Store Manager Monika G. in the Hollywood location was extremely helpful in her manner and ease with which she assisted me in choosing frames, a plan with a warranty, and going above and beyond to provide the best and most efficient customer service I've had to date. I'm more than confident that I can expect my glasses to be the best quality for my budget. I am so glad she was there again. Thank you so much!
