This location is a joke! It is on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Walking through the lobby of a busy hotel with boxes. On top of it they try to charge you a "handling fee" of $50 for PREPAID boxes for being inside a hotel. You should PAY ME for having to lug boxes to your location. The worker also fiddled with their broken scanner for 10 minutes. Disgusting! Unprofessional! I left! I wouldnt trust my packages here. You have been warned. This location should not be listed and only be tailored towards hotel guests only. Worst experience ever. Sickening!

Located inside resort, no parking available on site, parking across the street. What i thought would be a 10 minute process was a 20 minute waste of time just trying to get through all the valet cars and people unloading their luggage

Had a very bad experience with a missing package which the employee insisted to have delivered to me, even with me begging him to look in the warehouse. Had to go to my room get all the boxes and envelopes and bring back to him to PROVE that I wasn't lying and they had made some mistake. At the end he ended up finding my lost package, that otherwise I would have left the place without. A few days later, another package missing only because the label was missing the first 3 letters of my first name. For the price they charge, the service is as bad as it could possibly be.

I came on Monday 7th at 1:04. The lady was not at her desk and when she finally decided to take the package she was extremely rude. I can’t imagine how do you manage to provide such horrible service when your sole job was to take a package that already had a label on it

Amazing service from beginning to my check out. Overall experience was amazing. This was the closest location to my Bussines, With a simple phone call I got all the answers to the questions I had. in terms of parking ,location, received an email I managed to send all my files that I needed to be printed by the time I arrived they made it so simple for me. Carolina made the copies I was out of the building in less than 10 minutes I have to say this location is a hidden gem. Carolina was very attentive great employee for this branch. The manager was welcoming as well. Friendly atmosphere ,I will definitely rely on this location for my future projects.

FedEx employees are often very slow leading to lines building. They act like we (customers) are paid to be there too. You move at a speed equivalent to a sloth thats not getting paid enough to do practically nothing. Put some pep in your step guys, it's still the customer service industry you work in. The energy level and friendliness of this store leave something to be desired.

They put me a miserable note that they came and found no one, 2018.... social networks, very smart phones and they can not call you before delivering the package to let you know that the delivery will be done in 1 hour? Do you need or be stuck at that address 24 hours? you will not go to the bathroom because the delicate guys touch twice and they go away, very sad very sad.
