By far the most dysfunctional, the slowest FedEx on earth. good luck getting a smile from anyone working here. And don’t get me started on getting customer service. This place is horrible and makes my job worse, not better.

I had the worst experience with FedEx.. I went to this store to send my car stereo and I forgot my ID at home; so the person that help me told me don't worry because you can do it from our computer.. the store person gave me the instructions on a paper and said you only need your personal information plus the weight and size of the package..I sit in the computer and I asked for help because it was my first time doing it.. Once i finished adding all my information, the lady that helped me said everything looks good, let's print it.. My package arrived with damage and the box looked beat up very bad.. Fedex does not want to cover the whole price for my item because i did not put the price for my item when the store rep never mentioned that to me. FedEx should advise every customer about declaring the price for their item because if that item gets damage by FedEx who does not know how to properly ship an item, you will end up loosing your item and money.. After this poor customer service, I will never use FedEx in my life and will never step in one of their stores...

I went there this afternoon with 7 boxes to return. The ramp to get up to the door was off to the side in front of the restaurant next door but I managed to wheel my cart around and to the Fed Ex entrance.An employee saw me with all my boxes and hurried to help with the door. Once inside I went straight ahead to get in line and was relieved it was moving along swiftly. After all my boxes were scanned I was given my receipt and I offered several times to assist in moving the boxes to the back but they assured me they were just fine where I left them.I have been to this location several times over the years and have always experienced the same service. They are always quick, helpful, and kind. Being located a minute off of I-95 on Hollywood blvd, this is a convenient Fed Ex for anyone in the general area or just passing through. I highly recommend this one.

The man who works there without a uniform seems to be a manager, he is even rude and treats the people who go there to look for a service very badly. He was in the shipping area and he is a black man with a black and white shirt, he didn't even have an ID. from the store or uniform, they should take a customer service course, today I felt discriminated against coming here and even more so because of a black man... I hope the company reviews their employees better and gives them better training

Came in this morning to print two flyers. When I asked for the price, I was told $1.99 apiece. I emailed the flyer as instructed, and after it was printed I get to the register, and I am told that there’s an additional eight dollar resizing fee because I sent the file in from legal and printed in letter size. I explained to the guy behind the counter how come this wasn’t disclosed to me when he originally gave me the prices. His response was these are our prices. $20 for 4 color prints on paper is a little excessive.

THIEFS. I had to return a cell phone to Samsung. I used the return slip that Samsung provided. I took it to the FEDEX store in Hollywood Blvd . I packed the GALAXY s23 Ultra , a $1400 phone for the employees at FEDEX to steal. Samsung got an empty box. My advice. Use other company. Fedex is not an honest company. They should be closed SHAME on FEDEX. I already filed a claim at the attorney general, consumer protection, better business bureau and I will keep fighting. Stealing is bad . Especially from a senior citizen. I will let everybody know what kind of bussines you are running.THIEFS
