If I could give a zero rating I would. Extremely poor customer service.The individuals working today before 5pm two women gave the worst customer service I have every see. Several customer were waiting, and one of them skip everyone to put one person that came in after everyone else package on the table and scan it. One customer was extremely upset . I was waiting to be checked out with the same individual. She did not treat me with any respect as a customer I will never return to this location.

I’ve never had to return anything through FedEx before and the employees weren’t very helpful explaining the process to me I had to drag the information out of them as this employee Pauline tried her best to clear out the store of customers. After proof reading this I can’t in good conscience use this FedEx center. I rather drive to another location than directly put money in her pocket and I’m going to package it up myself.??♂️

Its an employee go by name Pauline she was super nice and sweet she helped me with my shipping and label i didn't know to much about how the process goes but she was very informative with this process she made me feel welcome ?

I arrived just a few minutes before closing but the lady was very helpful and explained me everything and told me about different options for posting a letter. I choose the most expensive, it was $200 just an envelope to Europe, but I had to send urgently official documents.

I just popped in because this FedEx is the closest to me within walking distance. I had to ship a couple of things and wasn't sure what I was doing lol Pauline was such a great help and her service was fast and efficient . Will def be returning back.

Under pressure and understaffed (at the time of my service), Tamara managed her staffed, catered to the unnerving-like growth of unattended customers and still took care of me AND OTHERS without losing her patience or mind. She still answered the phone too. A true multitask master. Keep up the good work Tamara. Hope your professionalism is mirrored, acknowledged and commended.
