Assistant Manager (Hispanic male) and young black guy/african-american treated me with horrible service after I'm bringing in multiple packages to be packed/shipped. 90 +deg weather in July. Instead of offering me assistance while lugging several boxes into the store - they stood there while I was dripping in sweat. I ultimately decided to pay for my large bags to be packed in boxes (as suggested by the A.M.) and was told by the young black guy attendant that he would pack my boxes; correction "yeah, i'll pack it for you.". This was on 7/23 (sunday); I had additional items/bags that I also brought in on 7/24 (monday). Since I already paid for several packages to be shipped via the 3rd party Lugless who contracts with FedEx - i had to return to this trash location on 7/25. GUESS WHAT? They didn't pack sh*t. THEY ARE TRASH AND THREW MY BAGS INTO A BOX - DIDN'T ADD FILLER OR DO ANYTHING - DESPITE THE A.M. SAYING THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD DO (i distinctly recall asking the A.M. what packing my boxes entailed; he replied - " adding filler... so that the boxes wouldn't sink b/c they would be stacked..' ALL 8 of 8 of MY BOXES with MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED AND WITH MULTIPLE HOLES...I WILL BE OPENING CLAIMS WITH FEDEX...AND CONTACT THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.. and take even further action if necessary. Let's tell THE TRUTH - - the black guy had an attitude from the start, was smug, and basically didn't want to help me do anything. i even asked the A.M "if there was a problem because i'm sensing something off"? - If you don't want to pack boxes - on the rare occasion -- you actually have to why do you work for a shipping company?? i 100% guarantee if I was blake lively, selena gomez, or ariana grande that guy wouldn't have the audacity or gall to talk to me in a 'familiar tone' as if i'm someone he's met before or knows personally.. VERY clear that he had no problem openly disrespecting black women.. and in the presence of the Latino A.M. go figure?! it's not always racism - it's the projection of one's own (black) self-hate that will dictate the level of customer service their female counterpart receives... Ceramic/fragile items within my boxes were damaged as well - in a box that I clearly packed, that arrived, re-packed/unpacked/in broken pieces. Totally different service in comparison to the receiving store in TX - The receiving FedEx store in Texas was also appalled and in disbelief as to the appearance of my delivered packages!!!

Went In for copies to a seminar, no one knew how to print copies from a word document. I waited 30 minutes and left cause I couldn't wait any longer. Bad service and they should finish helping a customer before taking another one. I was skipped 3 times. Complete waste of time.

No way to contact any fedex department to find my package. The TD number didn’t appear in there systems. Why they keep you the TD sheet ?

How have I not left a review for my favorite Fedex Print Shop yet?! This Fedex office is located right across the Westfork Plaza on Pines Blvd close to Total Wine, Jeremiah's, and next to Burgerfi. I come here more often than I'd like to admit but they always come in clutch for all my printing needs! I want to give a shout out to the staff because everyone that I've interacted with here is exceptional, but I have to give a specific shout out to Brandon! He always helps me out when I need things printed a certain way or even for my last minute prints.This location is a bit smaller than other locations but has everything you would need. From self service printing/copying/faxing to the work stations, you can get what you need here!

Great and an outstanding service today! Jessy went above and beyond helping us, expediting our printing needs and took real ownership of the store like it's her own! I highly recommend this store great service, very satisfied, will come again!

This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is conveniently located on Pines Blvd close to Total Wine. I have always had good service when I come here. The other night Brandon helped me and the printing came out beautiful. I was able to get there before they closed and was finished in just a few minutes.

I'm a teacher at a local elementary school, so I am here every year around this time. I had a pretty large print job that I needed assistance with. The associate who helped me went above and beyond to assist and was just the kindest individual! Brandon D., you're doing a wonderful job and Fed Ex should give you a raise! Well done

This FED EX lost my package I was sending my love one during COVID-19. A package with masks, gloves, toilet paper and lots of books that I had for years and much more things. What pissed me off the most is that they were not helpful at all inside this office. I called them first and they clean their hands and say that they got nothing to do with the Package and then they give you a phone number for FED EX. I called 1-800-398-0242. I waited for 40 minutes on the phone to talk to a woman took my tracking number and heard what happened and said I have to transfer to lost packages. I waited for 2 HOURS and 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone and HANG UP ON ME. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. At my lunch break I went to this Fed Ex store and they told me you have to contact them again, we can not do anything. I HAD TO ASK FOR AN EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER. All the staff was there a young lady and 4 guys. They all pretended like NO BIG DEAL! NEVER CARED. You guys are HORRIBLE!

Tonight, my sister and I went to FedEx office to print items for my upcoming baby shower. It's my first baby and I'm very particular about how things will look as we celebrate the birth of my first child. Melissa M. helped us out tonight and I am so happy with how everything turned out! Not only was Melissa professional, she also knew so much about our options and helped my sister and I make decisions about what we needed to print. She also helped with formatting, clearly explained all the fees, and showed us how to utilize a coupon for our next trip to print our banner and thank you cards! My sister always raves about the great customer service she gets at this location and tonight I experienced it for myself. Melissa was also training a new employee while helping us and she was juggling other customers as well- providing attention to all of us without making anything feel rushed. Can't say enough good things about Melissa M. and my great experience with this FedEx location.

I have used this location in the past and always get great service. Today, though, was exceptional. Beverly is such an incredibly patient and professional person. The store was full of people: shipping, copying, printing- and it was close to closing time. Despite the late hour, she was helpful and kind to every single person. Fixing errors, answering questions, and just being awesome really. I hope that corporate takes notice. Beverly is the type of individual who helps build a company up! Plus- she was so helpful with the project I needed handled tonight. Making great suggestions and being patient with me as I tried to fix some mistakes. I will definitely be back to this location and I hope I'm lucky enough to have Beverly help me again.
