I visit this store a few times a week for work and the one receptionist is not nice! Why is it so hard to be pleasant? The only time she is smiling and laughing is when she's talking to coworkers. Today I witnessed her being short and aggravated with another patron so it's not just me. There is also no consistency-sometimes I'm told to place my pre- labeled items on the floor and go and other days I have to wait in line and disclose what I'm shipping. Not a good look FedEx!

I just popped in because this FedEx is the closest to me within walking distance. I had to ship a couple of things and wasn't sure what I was doing lol Pauline was such a great help and her service was fast and efficient . Will def be returning back.

I am in here often to conduct printing and faxing and the service is usually good. This is a small location but if you give yourself 30 minutes on top of the time you estimate you'll need to complete the task you'll be fine.

This particular fed ex is horrible. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times I've had issues. I had a pre printed label. The girl tried to scan it, it would scan. I said "should we print another one just in case"? She said no. Package is lost now. Other situations similar. Ups across the street is better.

Get all your printing and shipping done here if you're by Young Circle Park in Hollywood. I stopped by here to get a few things printed since I was in the area. They have a parking lot where you can park in. You can pay using either the kiosk or the Parkmobile app. Like most Fedex Office centers, it is pretty small but also note- there is only one computer to work from! I usually use this to print from my email but someone was on it and it didn't look like they were going to be done anytime soon. The staff was super helpful and showed me that I could send my documents to an email to print. How it works- you send the email, received an email back with a code, then you use the code to print from the printer. I wasn't having any luck forwarding my email (it was stuck in my outbox) so she had me send it to the store's email to print for me. One day I'll buy a printer but until then, Fedex Office is my go-to spot!

Came to this Fedex location as it is closest to my home. I was surprised it was even here as I did a search online to drop a return off. They must be very busy these days with all the online shopping. I know that is what brought me here a return that the company I bought it from was paying return shipping. All I had to do was print a label at home and bring it to a FedEx location. They also listed Walgreens but I want to be assured it goes back and get a receipt from them. As I locate this place on the West side of Young Circle I unfortunately have to pay to park. Thankfully I can do it from my phone and the app. Once inside there was a bit of a line and only one person working. She truly had everything under control and kept moving the line along advising us on where to stand on the floor markings so that we were socially distanced. After a 15 minute wait I finally went to the front she took my print out and affixed it to the package. Glad to see her use the same paper why needless make another printout. Once finished and I got my tracking information I got to leave. If I had my choice between UPS and Fedex I would choose the UPS as I have been there twice no line nor did I have to pay parking. It's on the North side of Young Circle free parking next to Publix.

I am very unhappy with my trip to this Fedex. When I came to ship my package, there were 2 women at the counter that both had masks on. I was happy with this because my priority is safety in these COVID times. Then a man came to the counter from the back. I believe he may have been a manager, but I am not sure. He was wearing a different shirt than the women. The man did not have a mask on, which was very upsetting to me. He was talking at the counter, and projecting his voice past the counter so one could potentially get his germs (if he did have germs). He was talking for almost a minute, until I finally had to ask him if he would please wear a mask. He did say yes, and put on a surgical mask, which I was with happy with. But I was not happy that I had to ask him, rather than him taking the initiative to wear the mask on his own (whilst speaking at the counter or even while being in the back he should be wearing a mask). About a minute after he put on his mask, the phone rang, and this guy answered the phone. And again, he took off the mask while he was on the phone, which really made me upset. People can hear you just fine with a surgical mask on, and he had no reason to take off the mask in my opinion, but he did anyway. This was disrespectful and dangerous in my opinion. I was not happy. Then one of the women helped me print a shipping label from the computer, and she coughed into her mask at one point while helping me. It was kind of a nasty cough, but it was the only one cough I heard the entire time I was in there. Ugh! I'm not sure if she was sick, but she did cough, and if she is sick, she should not be at work. I will never come to this FedEx again for these reasons.

I've been frequenting this location multiple times a week lately and each and every time I have received extremely great customer service. I have been shipping internationally lately while simultaneously having issues with my online account. The staff: Deondre, Chelsea, Tamara, and Deyja have each helped me and really guided me through each process. From organizing and packing my items to navigating the FedEx user account shipping forms each and every one has been patient, attentive, and professional-regardless if over the phone or in person. There have been times where a customer is causing an unnecessary scene or the store has been extremely busy, I have consistently received great customer service. I highly and consistently recommend this location to my colleagues.
