Terrible service, there is an older Hispanic lady who works there, by the way, super rude, she yelled at me in front of all the customers when I asked her a question, the manager doesn't know how to solve it, very bad service, they are rude, hire people who want to work, not bitter people, you as a local want to sell but with that attitude they are going to lose customers

This store is very good, in all aspects, I am a worker and I always try to ensure that customers leave satisfied with their purchases, I always treat them with education and respect, we follow the store policy, always with what our superiors demand of us, Understand that when we can't solve something, it's not that we don't want to, it's that we can't and that's our job. Currently we ask for ID for sales of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes, no matter how old you are we do not make exceptions, if you do not have your ID with you we will not be able to sell it to you, whether it is ridiculous or you do not have to present the ID to us. I also want to highlight that those clients who shout rude things at us when we do not do what they want and do what the policy says do not have any right to shout at us, or offend us, or disrespect us, we are just doing our job.

Tried 2 times to return the bionic spotlight have a receipt for return told there are missing pieces. The only thing missing is the plastic to keep organized and the light manual that has no directions on it but the obvious. Screws post and light are all there. I explained that the plastic and the paper can be replaced by the manufacturer at the time of repair. I still have 2 broken spotlights that are being sold for less on TV and they are as garbage as most items that are advertised on TV and sold by Family Dollar,a good peice of advice don't buy this crap.
