Unpleasant Experience at Family Dollar I visited the Family Dollar store today and was met with an unfavorable encounter that I feel needs to be addressed. The store was nearly empty when I approached the register with my items. This made the interaction with the cashier even more noticeable and impactful. Without any other customers present, the blonde cashier pointedly asked me if I could read, directing me to where the line supposedly started. The tone and manner in which she spoke to me felt extremely disrespectful. I was the only customer upfront, there was no line, and her comments were uncalled for. This encounter with the cashier was off-putting and I was left feeling disrespected as a customer. I believe that all customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, this was not my experience on this particular visit. Due to this incident, I have decided not to patronize this store in the future. I hope that Family Dollar takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff members are adequately trained in customer service etiquette. This will prevent future customers from experiencing the same level of disrespect that I encountered today. I hope that my feedback makes a positive difference and that no other customer has to experience such a discourteous encounter.

Worst experience I've ever had. The price of an item was incorrect. I notify the cashier how he looked at the price and he told me he did not care. I still had to pay the price. My son and I were racially profiled as we were asked to leave the store, and I notify the police to receive a police report of the incident.

The place could be better and more organized, but it helps to get out of trouble, there is variety and the prices are ok. We have bought several things here. The lady who serves today 8/11/22 at night is very friendly, although unfortunately not all customers are reciprocal. Thank you very much for your kindness!! ?

I am calling corporate Monday morning to report the short Latino lady with the glasses she was rude and had the nerve to be rude in front of my kids for no reason I noticed this new cashier scanned an item twice and when I showed her I only had one this rude manager got mad about it so yes she will be reported

This Family Dollar Store is usually messy and unorganized, but I don't want to blame those who work here for so little money.Some workers here are extremely nice and helpful, while others could learn some good manner.Same with customers. Some customers break and destroy the merchandise in the store.I don't always find what I was looking for (pure Epsom salt at this time) but still I appreciate having a Dollar store in the neighborhood, despite the unfortunate location (I feel like the people here behave in a quite disruptive way).

This place has changed, one cashier when it a few days from Christmas and long line as you can imagine! And signs posted all over, now hiring. Went it there today and someone came to open her register and store needs help from the store manager or corporation. It's a disarray.

Horrible! Had a cart full and you can't even take the cart to your car because their lazy employees don't want to walk outside to get them. Do better! I will continue to go to Dollar General!

One of the best family dollar stores I’ve ever been to! The staff is very nice and welcoming, especially the manager. Everyone was following COVID-19 regulations which is nice to see. The store is very organized and clean, and it’s easy to find what you are looking for. Really one of the best family dollar stores out there. Definitely come here to get your everyday needs. Very sweet manager and people. 10/10
