Always the worst.. today the line was very long because a woman could not get her chip card to work.. probably had no money on it... Yet the cashier let her tangle around with it for 10 minutes while people in the line were getting mad. I finally spoke up I had ice cream that was melting another man stepped up onto register 2 to take me.
As he ran up each item, HE DID NOT PUT IT IN THE SACK, he left everything bunched up on the counter,
Some rung up some not, so I wasn't even trusting the bill but we never got that far because he said $35 and something I looked at the credit card machine where it lists what he rang up and the total and it was blank and he didn't know what to do either.. so you started putting everything back in the carry basket and that's when I said I'm out of here... This location never has enough staff and I don't recommend people going there unless you've got a lot of time to stand in line at the register.. the employees are not trained..
When the ladies chip card did not go through after 9 attempts.. it's time to take the next person in line but the cashier had tunnel vision and couldn't figure that out... Pitiful experience and I wouldn't even go there at all if I didn't live close but I think now I'm going to drive the extra 10 minutes to the other one because it makes no difference.. the correctly run store maybe a 10-minute longer Drive but since you're in line forever at the one on South Federal highway it really evens out.
I've been to 100 family Dollar and there's no worse than this one

The store closes early, Brian is extremely rude and bad for business, he was unprofessional and seem heavily annoyed at customers. Worst family dollar I’ve ever shopped at and I’ve worked for family dollar.

The store is always very unorganized, and the product selection is limited, but the staff tries to be very helpful.

No complaints about the place, do check the products before you buy them. Some of these products are destroyed or slightly damaged. Avoid any sort of interaction with the homeless outside the store.

9:52 standing outside talking to someone through the door about how they are closed at it’s not 10p and the doors are locked, horrible service. They guy at the door says they lock the door at 9:50p Although the time on the front door says 10p, his excuse is if they don’t close the door 10 mins before they will be there forever, smh.

I went into this store to grab a few items. I ended up dropping sone things and I couldn't pick them up because my back was hurt. The cashier rudely told me to get out of the store and when I asked to see a manger he told me to f*** off leave and he afterward threw my phone to the ground and cracked it. This cashier works on Tuesday at 12pm. Today is august 1st and at 12pm he did this and it all on camera. I'll be making a police report of a battery and I hope you guys get rid of this worker as he is not good for business
