David C. at Pivotel was awesome to work with and made the process so easy to rent a satellite phone for my remote trip to Alaska. I will definitely use them in the future for other adventures.

The company I was with was acquired by Pivotel. Nightmare ever since. No one has any answers. I can only guess that integration of the 2 companies and the customers' accounts did not go well

I needed to renew my plan. I spoke with Jose who advised me about a better plan that was available that would save me money. He was great to work with and had such a great attitude and was super helpful. Sent me a new sim card and got it activated super quickly. This is a great company with great employees . Highly recommend them.
