Erik is trying to tell me I own one month but can't give me proof of that. I can give him proof that I pay for my insurance on time. He is very rude and unprofessional. Even on a ppr he end me still show I pay on time. Avoid going to this office. If State is going to hire ppl like him stay away.

What a sad world we live in. My mother got hit while parked and I called our local insurance company and the owner to see if he could help my mother with the process and he totally dismissed me. What type of service does he provide... oh yeah he is there only to send us a bill. I will be looking for a new insurance company. This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. They have zero customer service and they refuse to help my 72yr old mother. The best part I spoke with the owner.

I've used Erik for the least few years and all I can say is that they've been amazing. The girls in the office have always come through for me when needed.
