I’ve bought a foodgod vape from them before no issues, I went back for another.. before I left the store no issues what so ever, I walk 2 min across the street and hear a whistling noise coming from the vape.. I walk back over and he’s like because I walked out the store there’s nothing he can do for me and it hasn’t even been 10 minutes from the time I tested it, walked across the street and went back to the store… won’t be shopping here again. Horrible customer service

I placed an order and tried contacting the company the next day to make a change or cancel the order and have recieved no response by phone or email. It looks like they have closed. Now i have to contact my bank to reverse the charge which is very annoying.

Terrible customer service and inventory issue. Told me all three devices I asked about in the case couldn’t be sold because they were returned defective. When asked if she could call a owner or manager to confirm they were returns because having a return on display makes no sense she couldn’t give me a answer.

I was on there website and paid for a Hellboy RDA.. the website took my money and address but then said there was a payment problem.. there website still has products that aren’t sold in store.. the phone is not able to be reached and there’s no email to email.. I don’t know what to do but now I’m out $30 thanks to these guys

Place is a scam. They take your order and your money, then say they can't mail it directly to you. I didn't get my money back or my order. They said we are working on it. Scammers

The girls here are very helpful I live 2400 kms away from them but do my best to only buy my liquids from here they're always helpful polite and just an overall fantastic store and an amazing product
