Unfriendly staff. Otherwise it's a regular DG store - high prices, CCTV cameras everywhere, helpful staff NOWHERE. The only thing that is good is parking lot is large enough to find a spot quickly

This Dollar General store is really nice the workers here are friendly. This store is usually very stocked. Granted there is one closer to me but this one is not that far and I would rather go here. It's a clean store.

Dollar general in Hollywood, Florida has signs all over the store holiday items. Buy one get one free they’re posted next to the lights. They’re posted next to the ornaments. When I asked the young men working last night with the garden and lawn lights, I have would buy one get mine he wasn’t sure. But the register took it off and they were buy one get one, so I went back today and a cashier with a terrible attitude and a manager who had no idea what was it wasn’t on sale. Gave me such a hard time I left and did not purchase anything. They need to get their advertising right and people who work in the store should know what’s on sale or big glad to help you find out I won’t shop at that Dollar General again.

Alexandra was very helpful in the store, she had problems with the system and she managed to solve the problem very efficiently. I really liked her help. I like coming to this store a lot. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help

Dollar General website said they close at 9 o’clock I showed up at 8:54 door is locked cash register cashed out. So what time do they really close? I get written up if I close one minute early what is the policy at dollar general?

My second time at the store (830 S State Rd 7 in Hollywood). First time was meh, but today april 27 was appalling. Upon payment, the lady cashier threw my change on the floor because she didn't want it. No apologies, no remorse. Respect and decency is too much for this location, I guess.

I guarantee you that if any of these stores were in the Suburbs, they would have, good lighting, security cameras, police patrolling in and all around the store. SOUNDS LIKE ANOTHER BRETT F. SYNDROME, where they are continually stealing the money from the Very Poor Neighbors to give to the already Rich. Then you wonder why some people don’t want to work for PEANUTS ?.

I'm not too happy with this dollar general. Their isles are crowded. They make many mistakes when I purchase items there. For whatever reason I'm overcharged many times and I'm having to walk all the way back to that Dollar general just to speak to the manager or the cashier it's been happening for many months now and im so tired of it. But...on the bright side...the cashiers are friendly and courteous.
