The customer service at this location is quite disappointing. I’ve walked into this store several times in the past month and not once have I been greeted upon entry. I mean it only requires basic human skills to make people feel welcome when they enter your store. I happened to get the same cashier every time, her name is Samuel. She is one of the most unpleasant people I’ve encountered in retail. She was particularly cold in our interaction and throughout the entire transaction I felt like both my presence and business was unwanted. Geez…a “did you find everything okay today?” could go a long way. The way she snatched things around and and slammed things onto the counter was so off putting. I was in disbelief that she was that nasty; I’ve had less than friendly, but it’s rare I get what I encountered with her. She practically shoved me my bags and didn’t bother to say “have a nice day” once it was over. So rude and discourteous. I love the clothes here, but maybe it’s time for me to find a new location because customer service here is not giving what it needs to give. 0/5 stars would have been more fitting.

I always have a great experience here but unfortunately I had a horrible cashier named Michelle who clearly felt I wore the clothes I was exchanging and just didn’t want to return them and argued the whole time. Unfortunately the store does not offer a fitting room otherwise they wouldn’t have so many returns. I will no longer brining my business to this location.

Love the store. The clothes aren't the best quality but you get what you pay for. It's Def good for a quick outfit if you've got a perfect body and are under 30.
