Jay fixed a leak in my tire pressure by replacing the tire valve. I was shocked that he did it so fast! I mean SO FAST! Why would I even waste time trying to remove the tire myself? These guys are awesome!

Enrique and Fred was so awesome!! Came here for a tire repair. I got in and out in 30 mins even though they were busy. Everyone very courteous and professional!! I would definitely come back here for their services.

My experience has been good. I brought in my car for a tire repair on a short notice. Staff is professional and very patient with the customers questions. I think I'll be buying new tires freon then in the near future!

Customer Service Clerks give inaccurate time for jobs to get done. First clerk told me an hour to an hour and a half. When I asked about my car, second clerk's response was that they're busy, talk about customer service skills. Make sure to come in with an hour or two for anything, you're going to need it. I appreciate the free tire rotation and fixing but at least be straight up with customers regarding time frames. (I arrived over an hour ago and they still haven't touched my car.)

All I can say is: make sure to RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR ESTIMATE before you leave and GOOGLE the price of any tires/parts quoted during the sale before agreeing. Also, look out for smaller upsell charges like nitrogen instead of air, etc.

The most helpful tire company. I had been calling all over LA to find a reasonably priced tire and Emmanuel was super friendly and accommodating. You can't go wrong with these guys. Not only didn't I save over $200, they had the exact brand of tire my car currently has. So happy. Thank you for being amazing Emmanuel!!

Prices are fare but if you have a tire that's a bit more expensive they don't honor the buy and get for free which is a bummer. Customer service can use some work and a word of advice, the techs should definitely not curse or call Customers negative names under their breath. Probably won't return here again which is unfortunate because they do a decent job with no gimmicks.

Great customer service! I went in to have a tire repaired. (Drove over a nail) the tire was in bad shape and I needed to buy a new one. Not wanting to spend a lot of money as my car is a lease and will turned back in in a few months, Enrique gave me a great "discount" on the replacement and had me out of there in no time. Would highly recommend these guys. Thank you Discount Tires! :)

Made an appointment online and they were on top of it with quick response and total professionalism. Had two tires that were very overdue for a change out and Jack was very kind and helpful with all of the options available with pricing and even patched up a screw hole that I was unaware of free of charge. Enrique was really wonderful. I had let my brakes go a little too long and was not in a position to spend a ton of money to fix the situation. He helped me figure out the best solution and made sure I didn't break the bank. I also was able to pick up my car the same day so I wasn't spending a bunch of money on Ubers. All in all, a really great experience!

Went here and was shocked how nice and professional they were. Dealership said I needed tires but wouldn't buy them there. Came here and glad I did. Got 2 new tires and alignment and car drives like brand new. Prices were compatible like others and service was top notch

When I got my car serviced at Toyota I was told I needed all new tires, they quoted me $1300 which seemed very high but I am completely clueless with this stuff. I held off and did some research on Yelp and found this place. I saved SO much money my god! Four premium tires plus a wheel alighment was around $540. I am so happy I did research. I was impressed by how fast the service was. I dropped my car off on Saturday late morning and the whole service was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you so much for your speedy and attentive service!
