I had a good experience with this seller. A week ago, I ordered two cases (6 each) of genuine Toyota 0W20 synthetic oil which is hard to find nowadays. I also purchased two TRD oil filters. Both were priced competitively to what I had paid in the past (pre-pandemic). They arrived in good shape so I'm happy.Update on 07/03/23: No change, same five stars for another order I recently placed/received.

This company has the worst customer service for mail order ever. I ordered a part for my Lexus that I wound up not needing. With everything, the price of the part with shipping, handling, and tax was $99.00. I returned the box unopened. I paid for FedExp shipping back to them because they had a time requirement to qualify for a refund which was that they needed the part back within eight days of the order. After they received the returned part - they charged me a restocking fee (I think that’s fair) but there was also a slew of other hidden costs. They only credited my card $69.00. Wow. $30 for nothing! Great business model when you can actually make a profit on returned items. When I nicely requested a re-evaluation of my order and an additional refund - I was met with “that’s our policy” and obstinance instead of “no problem - we want your future business - how can we make this right.” I will never again buy anything from them and will steer everyone I know away from this place. If in one word I could explain my experience with Discount Parts Monster it would be disappointing.

Prices are some of the cheapest but comes at a hefty price. Customer service/the guys that gather the parts, are the worst. My order took nearly a month to receive. No exaggeration.. They can’t get a simple order straight and will go out of their way to mess things up. On top of that they may ignore your emails for days and days (and they don’t take phone calls). Not worth the frustration.

When I say that absolute worst Customer Service experience I have ever had I truly mean it. I order a part off of their website , that their website states was for my vehicle, and it did not function correctly. They swapped it out... after some back and forth and push back. Got the new part and didn't even install it, just plugged it into the harness to check it and it did the same thing. So I researched their website and discovered that their own website has 2 different parts that are for my car, depending on how you search the website. Now they are not only refusing to send me the correct part but even take this back on return. Of course I am disputing with Paypal, but will also try to let as many people as I can know that this is the last place you want to do business with. They operate out of the Toyota of Hollywood dealership but when you call them they just say they are totally different and can not help you. You can't even call this company everything is via email.. and slow to respond. Their return policy is the biggest joke I have ever seen and the least consumer friendly ever. Its one thing if something is used etc and not able to be returned, but all this for a brand new never installed part is just insane. Buyer beware.Now looking into this company, for me, there google search doesn't even pull up their info or reviews like it does almost every other business. Their website shows 4.5* on google. Did some searching and sure enough they have a google reviews 2* Their Facebook reviews are even lower. Their website shows nothing but 5* reviews. The review I just posted on their website, which they responded to me on, doesn't even post on their website. To see their Google reviews when I Googled them I had to Hit the 3 little buttons to the right of their website name then look at their business page. How these business practices are allowed is beyond me.

OEM products at good prices. Parts were shipped properly too. Bought several parts and received them in about a week. No issues with seller. I will purchase again.

This company will sell you shocks but you don't get the bushings with them. There is NO indication on their website that the shocks do not come with the bushings, that they are a separate purchase. For 2 shocks it cost me over $500, but no bushings. SCAM of a company...will never deal with them again. No customer service...they never answer the phone. Best price does not always mean the best deal.
