Extremely incompetent: No one answers phone, no one knows how to enter the insurance information in their pharmacy system. The insurance calls the pharmacy, pharmacy still can’t place correct information for you to obtain medication! Conveniently their out of stock ; your already sick and tired the last thing you want to do is spend time going back and forth. Pharmacists acting like is their own personal medication. No type of prevention! Just literally deteriorating humans day by day This system is garbage!!!!

Bad treatment from the employees for being Latino and not knowing English, they are the real racists, we went to seek medication for my daughter-in-law with autism and they did not want to serve us, in this county there is a lot of discrimination against African Americans and Latinos, I will report it to the appropriate entities

Ordered a photo online for pickup, phone was just laying on a corner collecting dust, took 20 mins to be cashed out, they couldn’t even bother on putting in an envelope, just handed me the photo, just plain bad customer service

so incompetente, i had a prescription sent for my daughter, it’s been 2 weeks and it’s always an excuse. the first medication it was on back order, okay cool called the doctor to change it to another that’s in stock. the cvs app tells me it can be picked up after 4:45, i show up at 7pm they don’t have that medication to come back in 3-4 days. no one answers the phone, i left 3 voicemails to get in contact and im yet to receive a call back.

I had no problem in the front. He helped me what I needed. I just didn't like the attitude of the girl in the back when I asked her for something. Maybe it's because of the holidays but I have not ever had a problem when I came into that store with anybody.

The employee was very kind😁and helpful. We came for some pictures📸 and we got what we asked for. Only thing I can say the toys🧸isle is very stinky🤮🤧👍

I live three minutes walking from the pharmacy and I have to get my daughter's medications in Miami because they don't want to sell them because they are controlled, too disorganized and very dirty.

Theer are only 1 or 2 employees that know what they are doing here, and they are the ones that transfered from the Taft st store when it closed. The rest of the employees are incompetent and can never answer questions. They put candy in a dump bin and then put a sign that says buy one get one, when you go to the register it doesn't ring up right. When you show them there own sign in the dump bin with all the same candy they don't honor it, and say "there's nothing that I can do". They are so lazy they can't even open there mouths to speak, you have to ask the guy at the register to repeat himself several times before you can understand what he is saying. If you go to the pharmacy they can't find your prescription or they tell you it's not ready even though you received there automated text that it is ready. If you call the pharmacy they don't answer but if you sit on hold for 20 minutes someone will eventually answer. But then they give you the wrong info, IE. You call to see how much your script will be and they tell you zero dollars but when you get there it's $250. This store needs to retrain every employee about customer service. Worst CVS I've ever been to.

The Pharmacy staff is actually disgusting! I had a STAT order transferred from one CVS to this store which was closer to me. They had my prescription on hold for HOURS. So, I called in multiple times and were not successful. I opted for a callback from the pharmacy and spoke with Armando, Who by the way was sooooo unprofessional and rude. I explained to him the status of the med and advised I needed this medication delivered l. They took so long to process the order that home delivery was done with orders at 11a.m. They held my med until 1:18, which everyone knows the go on break at 1:30. Anyway, So I called back in asking for the drug to be pushed out because it wasn’t something they had to mix (I also work for another pharmacy so I know) the needed to take the meds from one bottle and transfer it to another bottle and pack it. As I am explaining my situation to Armando he literally hangs up in my face. I sent my mother to pick up the medication and they were huddle up in the corner laughing at her. I hope corporate steps in and does something.

The pharmacy opens very late and closes very early if you have an emergency you cannot count on them to have your medicine

Very bad service in the pharmacy, they are not friendly, they always use shields to deliver the medications, a lot of disorganization. I wish the managers were more aware that they work with public.

These people closes and lock the door before the closing hour. If you don’t work until 12:00am you should should change it to prevent customers from going there and just see the staff ignoring you when you tell them that it’s not supposed to be closed.
