My signal to my phone stopped working as soon as I went near the store. Then my CVS app stopped working
I turned my phone off and on and reinstalled the app by the time I checked out the manager said yeah signal doesn't work here. So how does one get the discounts in the app if the building is non signal accessible. I was not offered a discount regardless, just told.to hold.my phone near the door. My phone didn't start working till i left to go on the street. Very strange. AND I had to pay full price for everything which i think was their intention with blocking signal.

very rude and horrible customer service expect to be put on hold just to not get acknowledged and then when you try to call back they hang up in your face will be contacting corporate

.act another CVS to see if they have it she said they don’t do that. I informed her I have been to many CVS that has provided that service, she indicated they don’t. As I proceeded to walk away I notice Alyssa (she said she was the manager) was standing right there, I want to let her know about my experience with the young lady, but the manager began to defend the associates behavior where she was rude and providing wrong information.As I was leaving I asked to speak with the store manager. As I was explaining my experience at the pharmacy to him, another gentlemen overheard my conversation and indicated he went through the same thing a few days ago.I am sick and had to deal with issues in a pharmacy. Very upsetting and disappointing, but after reading so many bad reviews it’s clear this location will not make any changes!

If I could I would give it a 0, the worst pharmacy service, they are not friendly at all, it turns out that I went to get some medication for my 8 month old baby and they told me that it was not ready to return the next day at 11 in the morning when I went to pick up the medicine they told me that they still did not have the prescription that I had to wait for my doctor and when I called my doctor they told me yes they sent the prescription well in conclusion they told me that the medicine I went for was without a prescription what a horror that such great incompetence

I took a dose of Moderna's covid vaccine here.
Of all the doses I took, the one here was the worst dose I had.
Both my arm and my wife's arm started to hurt right away.
I've already taken other doses in other places, the Moderna booster in NY and I didn't feel any pain.

I was surprised by the attentiveness and the service, I was trying to print some coupons from the CVS yellow machine and it wasn't working properly but the manager on duty helped me and assisted me when I was ready to check out. The store looked impecable, all the items on the cosmetic department were organized and I was able to find all the products I was looking to purchase.The music volume was low and there was staff available to help me out.

This place is absolutely terrible. From service to management. Especially in the Pharmacy Department. I recommend for anyone to RUN AWAY from this store and to not come here if you value your life. The people that work here are incompetent and unprofessional. I would never do business with this place ever again nor CVS in general.
