Currently waiting to pick up a 3$ prescription..I prepaid.. and 45 mins I to my waiting I was told they would be right with me … it’s been nearly an hour and it doesn’t matter what time I come here it’s the same thing..

Worst costumer service ever. I was with my child sick in my arms, they ask me to wait 5 to 10 min to have ready , so I decide to wait. After 30 min they inform that it will take longer because the medicine was not ready. Not even an apologies. I don’t know wait everything here is so messed up.

Place with a disastrous and racist service, I went with my son to take a passport photo and first they told me in a very bad way that they couldn't because he was dressed in white and then I went home and came back with another colored outfit for their forum and they told me that they had restarted the machine, this is unacceptable, I hope they take drastic measures because this cannot be allowed

Very poor customer service. Pharmacist was rude, not truthful and had a very bad attitude like she is better than us. Our insurance only allowed 14 days medications be given at hospital discharge due to medications have to be shipped to us from their specialty pharmacy. While running low, Dr sent a temporary supply prescription to CVS (for heart transplant anti-rejection medications). The pharmacist said she cannot fill them due to too soon. We asked her to call the specialty pharmacy for override (as instructed by the specially pharmacy the day before) and she claimed she was told we have to call a different department to get authorization and she gave us two phone numbers; she did not even try to get them to transfer her. When we called, they told us the pharmacist is to call and provide all info to get the authorization/override. To avoid the headache as obviously,she is not willing to help, We asked if there are discount coupons that can be applied so we can pay for the medicines, she said they no longer do that, we have to bring our own coupons. We asked the price for both medicines so we can pay for the temporary supply. Strangely, she said “after discount coupon” it will cost that much ($ 100+ for 7 days supply). We ended up paying for the medicines with the “sudden discount coupon that so happened to become available “ while she just told us they no longer do that. In my opinion, she just wanted to get rid of us and not try to help, which is part of her job to call the insurance/pharmacy to get authorization/override, she should be the one offering to check for discount coupon due to the circumstances. Also found expired product on the shelf. Please, do better, for the love of God.

The worst CVS Pharmacy ever! Today is April 27,2024. I came in the morning, waited in the line, gave the lady my prescription, she told me to come after 3pm! I said no problem and came after 3pm. Waited in the line again and another lady is telling me that they don’t have what I needed ( why didn’t the First Lady tell me about that, but ok) and asked me if I wanted her to check in another CVS store, I agreed. She then gave me the address of another CVS store, and I asked her to give me back my prescription in case other CVS asks me about it. She said that I don’t have to worry about it, because it’s in the system and they will have all the info there. And again I said no problem. So I’m arriving at the second CVS store; waiting in a line, and the lady from that store said she cannot give me what I needed unless I show her the prescription, because that was not transferable. Then again I went to the first CVS store and asked for my prescription and why she sent me to that store without it. I was so frustrated that I was wasting my entire day off because of their unprofessionalism. 2 of those ladies were very rude and didn't even apologize. I went back to the second CVS pharmacy with my prescription and surprise again. The lady told me that she can’t give me what I want because I’m still in the system of the first CVS! Unbelievable!

Dear CVS! Do you have any employee trainings before you allow people to work there? I saw a lot of reviews here complaining about your Pharmacy employees being rude and unprofessional! Are you going to do something about it?
If not, I’ll not stop here and will take my complaint further!

If i had others choices of pharmacys to go I would but thanks to my job choice of pharmacy I'm stuck with CVS CAREMARK. Over price and rude people.

Ron from pharmacy is AWESOME! After a long visit at MD urgent care, I was sent to Walgreens to pick up my prescription due to it being opened for 24hrs. Well, I arrived at Walgreens only to find out they didn’t accept my insurance. I located a 24hr CVS, called and right away I reached Ron…he was very attentive, quick and helpful! He called Walgreens, had them send over my prescription and called me once it was ready. I arrived in the store, he walked me over to the over counter item that I needed and made sure I was taken care of although it was time for him to end his shift. Now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It made my long drive to Hollywood worth it. Thanks Ron!! He needs a raise or promotion. ?

I called multiple times this evening and the staff in the pharmacy is purposely answering the phone and hanging up. If they don’t hang up they would answer and mute the phone so that you would end the call.

To whom this may concern. Feb,28 2024Today 8.20pm to 8.25 pm I left . For those five minutes I was in this store I never felt so discriminated like this. I go to buy a couple hershey bar,and peanuts . When I walk in the store right a way the mangers spot me walking in short sleeve tattoos allover my arms . But I was dress nice not in flip flops or shorts. A customer ask for help to the mangers as I walk in a because he saw me he said he couldn't help the lady at the moment. I proceeded to go grab my items and he flows me but I was not long so I crossed him to go threw the register and he goes to the camera room. I wait in line and I see a self checkout so I go there to check out my items. And as I'm scanning perfectly fine he pops up out the side or me and ask to start scan my items. I believe self checkout means self not help. But I still let him as I notice he started to look threw my bags to see if I had not stolen anything. This made me feel so low. How this manger thought I stole something so needed to look threw my bags and But in my( self checkout)this mangers needs to learn that not every person who has tattoos are bad people we are human beings. Not animals. Now I see why the reviews are only two stars. SMH

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They pay no attention to anyone in drive thru. There’s no one paying attention. They don’t care. They always put you on hold over 10 minutes. Find another CVS
