Absolutely terrible!!!!!! I waited over 2 hours for my son’s medication! Do not come here! This should actually be shut down! I’ll be reporting this to the BBB & CFPB!

Long pharmacy wait. Had to leave the line. Never go with your kids to pick up prescriptions because you're going to get a headache and leave with nothing, the waste time to come again later. Seems the case for all CVSs.

40 min waiting for a prescription when there is no one else.
Every time that I need to pick up a prescription from here is like a nightmare.

Hello, I only feel inclined to write a review because anyone who works on the sales floor(not register area) is rude. Every single time I come in here. I literally just left the store. I came in for Mucinex.. the one I needed was missing. As you know they have buttons you can press for assistance. I checked online before coming and it said it was in stock(I know those can be off as I have worked for retail companies) so I went myself. However it was not on the shelf so I pressed said button. Only took about two of the “customer needs assistance in cold and flu” before I realized it was put in the wrong spot. I heard the door open from where a gentleman appeared and I kindly said “so sorry I found what I was looking for in the wrong spot”. Instead of saying anything to me , he looked annoyed.. shook his head and walked away. Now I’m not expecting much but a “that’s okay no problem” would have been much more reasonable than the attitude of him being inconvenienced.

In the 10 years I have dealt with this pharmacy I have never encounter such unprofessional behavior the way I did this evening. The women who spoke to me at the consult counter didn't even want to attend to me had me wait 15 minutes she comes to the counter I explain and she tells me they are wasting approval from the insurance didn't want to deal with me handed me to the manager who is half my age and they way he spoke to me was beyond unprofessional even as I walked off had a slick comment to say as I walked away and I walked back to let him know that in his position you don't speak to anyone like that he stated he was busy and it was a rush no excuse to ever be unprofessional and not help me out my son is without his seizure medication tonight because of the complete incompetence of this pharmacy.This pharmacy should be shut down immediately with all the complaints alone.

The staff member handling drop-offs and voicemails was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was trying to sort out an issue with my insurance while feeling awful from the flu, and instead of showing any empathy or offering assistance, she dismissed my frustration by saying, 'You're getting upset for why?' I was simply trying to figure out how to get my medication.
This experience left a really bad impression, and I strongly urge management to reconsider who is placed in such an important role.

Waited in the car line for pharmacy 50 minutes is ridiculous this is horrible service. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this location. I can not and will not ever come to this location again 50 minutes in the drive thru line 50 wow smh. And getting to the window waiting an additional 15 minutes is just crazy.

Very disappointed the way you work online. So long story short, online they have items that when you try to buy even though they have it in stock you wont be able to buy it because they dont want to sell it for the discounted price marked online, so I went to the store and the item was there but at regular price. So, can you explain to your customer how that is not ILLEGAL.
So now with product name: Afrin Allergy Sinus online buy 1 @ $8.79 and get 1 50% off, place the order go thru all the checkout steps once you are done this window popped up from CVS "SORRY, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG ON OUR END".
Obviously NOT TRUE, because when you hit the store there you have the item @ $12.79. Isnt that like hidden prices????

Nice and well stocked store. However, the pharmacy does not answer calls, so there is no way to get information about prescriptions. And voice mail tells you to leave a message and expect a call back within hours, but they don't actually return the calls. If you have a simple prescription with no complications from insurance and such, they're good. Otherwise, meh.
