The store manager and the stockman were both very nice, accommodating and very professional. I rushed down to Hollywood, from South Georgia to be by husband's side for emergency surgery. I failed to pack some of my makeup. Since my foundation is sold only in department stores, I relied on the store manager to help me which she did. Above and beyond attitude. Shout out to the nice young man who was stocking the shelves. He also was very accommodating. Thank you , Darcy Butkus. (Inspector Bark).

This review is specifically for the pharmacy, I gave two stars only because my prescription was ready on time. Customer service was horrible I wouldn't send my enemy to this place. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. CVS Will only be used until I check with my insurance if I can use another pharmacy. On the phone they are rude and in person they are rude too. The technician that was at the drive up window on 5/30/24 between 2:17p to 2:23p was horrible. That's how long my interaction was 6 minutes but I will go gladly spend a longer wait time somewhere else.

Prescription wasn’t ready and when I asked why if they had it in their system since Friday, the lady answered what does it matter? I don’t understand why they’re so rude. I am a devoted CVS customer but this customer service is unacceptable. Also, the store seems very empty. Hardly any products

Horrible staff. Went in with my son Angel David g. To pick up his med. They refused to give it to us. They noticed that I Remon R (bsc)black and my stepson (14) white. They said that they don't want no problem. And refused to us the medicine

I want to put a shout out to Angela in the pharmacy, being handicapped and just lost my husband of 19 years I was so used to him dealing with mostly everything I have had to move several times due to spouses job, I called in today for my refills, and I have ALOT of meds,she is a angel so patient she deserves a raise, she made me feel important, her patience is undescribeable she is a #10 God bless you Angela you made my week..Sonya

Pharmacy is ok. Store is FILTHY. Associates walk over essentially garbage on the floor looking at their cell phones. Some quasi manager named Saaed (sp) was extremely rude to me, a senior. Cancelled ALL pharmacy business because of non-pharmacy issues. It's only about 14 meds (Lol). Keep hiring low lifes and suffer the consequences, CVS. Happy elsewhere.

The pharmacy is the worst that exists, the pharmacists are aggressive, they panic when there are people waiting, there should be serious changes, with those employees, it is a disaster, they treat people very badly and they don't even know Say, when we go to the window, they must all be changed, put in professional people, otherwise you will see serious problems.

Horrible experience every time. If it's not because of the wait times, it's the various pharmacists really BAD attitude over the phone. Getting medication, dealing with insurances and Dr. offices is already a frustrating event...having the pharmacy make it even more difficult is just cruel. Leaving this location for good.

Horrible service here I was inline for the farmacy for 30 minutes just to be told to go to another location because they were backed up and could not help me there is always something going on here never coming back to this location.

On November 10th around 7:20 pm my father was released from the hospital the Doctor proscribe him few medications. when I was driving by I saw that CVS and I was like let me take a chance to see if they going to able to fill those drug for him. When I walked to the RX the technician mane (Ashley) who work at the front was very nice and polite she took the scripts from me and I told her just check if you have them cause I don't stay closed by and you guy about to closed if not I will take them to the cvs by my house, off course check and she said I going to type them and get the ready in 20 minutes, I was so happy and excited when she said that... and for sure everythings was ready and less than 20 minutes... I would like someone ahead look at it and reward that technician Ashley and the rest of the staff who was in duty that night. To me this a miracle services I received that night, and want say a big thanks to Ashley and the pharmacist as well..... which was happened on November 10th around 7: 20pm.... thanks guys!!!!
