What kind of a pharmacist tells a SICK 66 year old man that CVS REFUSES TO replace the prescription nasal spray medication that was just purchased that day and is defective! . Sends him home SICK, CONGESTED, UNABLE TO BREATH! and tells him to contact the manufacturer!!
They are the worst!!

The CVS at 901 N. Federal Hwy in Hollywood left a whole lot to be desired. Customer service training is non-existent at this location. The girl behind the counter who said her name is Angie would not allow Tara to use the bathroom in an emergency even though she just paid $87.00 for prescriptions to treat an infection that is causing her to use the bathroom more often than normal. This is outrageous and there is no excuse for this lack of empathy.

I come to the CVS at least once a week the first time I asked a question in the year I’ve been coming there. I asked if I can get the CVS box back when I purchased an item she clarified. Yes I’ve asked twice. Then when I purchased the item I never got any bucks rewards. Then I clearly told her I would like to return it because I’ve asked you twice, and she assured me that I would get the reward. At that point, I try to return the items and I paid with rewards that I already had. At that point she said, if I return the items I will lose my rewards.
Honestly, it’s ridiculous and really unprofessional I had to take the items that I only purchased because of the rewards and I didn’t get them and I couldn’t return it

Terrible service, they never prepare your orders until you get to the store, then they say it’s out of stock. Yesterday I received a message that my paid order was taken away, although I did not do this. The Spanish-speaking manager girl doesn't want to work and never knows anything.

Horrible they did not know how to add money to any prepaid cards and they didn't know how to activate any of the gift cards. I asked for someone else and she immediately had a nasty attitude. I just walked a mile up there with my service dog and all I got was bad attitude. Ridiculous. Walgreens is right around the corner.

The pharmacy is VERY unprofessional. You call the pharmacy and they pickup without saying anything and leave the line off the hook. Screaming hello does nothing because the staff is incompetent and disgusting. I called 3-4 times and each time a pharmacy staff picked up and did not say hello then leaves the line off the hook in attempts to not assist anyone on the phone who is calling.
